Your Castle Home Inspections Inc.
About us
Your Castle Home Inspections Inc is owned and operated by a father and son team who are originally from Vermont with over 50 years of experience building houses. We are certified through InterNACHI and fully licensed and insured in the state of Florida. Some of the most common inspections we perform are Residential Home inspections for home buyers and sellers, Wind Mitigation Inspections, and Four Point Inspections. Even with Newly Constructed homes, there are mistakes and deficiencies, as well as safety hazards that were overlooked or forgotten to be corrected before closing. A Wind Mitigation Inspection is a great way to help lower the cost of your homeowner's insurance premiums. During this inspection, we look at how well the house can withstand damages brought on by windstorms like hurricanes. If you’re changing companies for your homeowners insurance or renewing your current policy, they will likely require a Four Point Inspection. This inspection will tell them the condition and the remaining life expectancy in the four major systems of the house. Which are; the Roof, the Plumbing, the Electrical System, and the HVAC system. Call us to discuss and schedule your inspection today. (727) 766-5767 or (941) 726-3425
