I do not use the aerobics. One time I used to use it but I felt it would be better with the exercise room. Their staff is good and very friendly. I have been there for several years.

We have a house in Ohio and we also have a house in Florida and in both cases we use YMCA. Our primary reason for using them is because our Medicare health insurance pays for it. The one that we use in Ohio is a very small YMCA and the one that we use in Florida is a very very large corporation. They are actually outstanding. The one in Florida has a variety of programs and equipment available so it is very enjoyable to go there.

It's a great experience for the whole family and they have something for all of us. It's consistently clean with a consistently friendly and helpful staff. They have very convenient hours availability wise and the price for members is not very much.

I have complete use of the entire facility with my Silver Slippers membership. The overall experience is excellent. The price and quality are excellent. I will continue to use the YMCA.

I am disabled and I am not capable of doing anything else than swimming. I have been using them for about 11 or 12 years. When I first started using them the facilities was pretty grim and it was a very old facility, but they have completely remodeled and redesigned it. It's a very outstanding facility now. It's very popular and they have programs for senior citizens of which I am one. About 75% of the staff is very nice, but the other 25% I didn't like. They do have very active water exercise programs, but I can't use them. The facility is very neat and clean. It is one of 2 facilities in Pinellas County, which has a very large population that has an indoor pool. Their price is right in line with other facilities. The quality of their service is good. If you run into any particular with the facility or a particular individual, you do have the right to point; and they usually follow up. They are very good in communication and customer service.
