I did some serious research and received several quotes before deciding to go with Weatherproof Roofing. They have an amazing team and are well deserved to be certified as GAF Master Elite Installers. Right from the start Bill was a pleasure to work with. His knowledge of all the specifics and wise demeanor made me feel comfortable instantly. I met with other great roofers as well all of whom came highly rated. After digging into all the details I knew Weatherproof Roofing was the right choice and Bill was great through my lengthy decision process. Kyra in the office is a true delight as well and was key in helping my wife and I decide on the color that would look great on our house. Now I have an amazing new roof that looks absolutely beautiful on my house. Plus, I have the peace of mind knowing my loved ones, belongings, and house are safe and secure. Showed up late. Was here for a total of 27minutes. Only tools used a ladder, hammer and tube of something. Next rain same leaks still leaking and additional leaks now showing up. Next appt was from 1-3pm at 5:30pm still a no call no show!

I interviewed 3 companies and they are quite good. They came right away and fixed the problem.

Delivered on schedule without any problem.

One dedicated team worked for about four or five days to complete. Very friendly, professional group. Only problem was they did not clear the Clerk records immediately, which I was unaware of until I wanted to refinance my house. However, they were quick to take action to clear the record at the clerks office and so I was happy.

The installation went fine. Took a while to get the punch list finished. 5 months later I was having some more work done by another company on my roof and I have come to find out that the initial permit was never closed causing me delays now. Continued calls to the company have not gotten the results we would like.

Their prices ar not the lowest but it is reasonable.

E-mail contact to schedule went smoothly.  I did get a personal call from the actual person who would be doing the work to see if I had any special needs.  He came when he said he would and there was evidence on the ground that the gutters were cleaned.  I have not gone up on the roof to inspect, but my neighbor was observant and thought the job was done well.

After researching and interviewing MANY roofers, I decided to contract with Weatherproof Roofing for a replacement shingle roof. They were reasonably competitive in their pricing which included quality facets that most others did not, such as peel-and-stick barrier over the entire roof and not just the flat roof (that barrier was an additional cost with others). Weatherproof was also recommended by a local Home Inspection Company who sees the work of many roofers. Weatherproof guarantees their labor for 10 YEARS.
The project went very well over 2 days with a crew that was courteous and hard-working. They did not take shortcuts but made sure everything was superior workmanship. My neighbor (a retired engineer) observed quite a bit during the process and commented on the extra efforts, attention to details, and quality work. Even their clean-up was very thorough all around the
yard and in the flowerbeds.
The County Building Inspector was here twice to sign off on the permit for the work at the pre-shingle stage, and after the job was completed, so he was satisfied too.
At this initial stage, I am quite happy with my choice and pleased with their work. Of course, the real test for roofs is time and
weathering some storms but I expect my roof will hold up exceptionally well. I highly recommend Weatherproof Roofing to everyone.

I do not have the exact date, but the rep came promptly and punctually. He gave me a thorough estimate with several levels of fees based on the lenght of the warranty, which I found a bit odd as the work is the same. Regardless, if I used the lower of the warranties, I found it competetive and would have undoubtedly used them for what I thought would be the quality of work and price. However, I decided to wait another year or two as all the reps felt I had at least that much life in the roof.

Thompson was the lowest bid of three estimates we got. Their plan/design for the work we wanted done was the most practical and feasible of all the bids. Jim Orr spent a lot of time with us coming up with ideas and going over details. He was friendly, professional, and his great imagination helped us come up with a great design for the project. He has been consistent and reliable, even coming out several times after final payment to fix some small things we noticed. Finally, all of his hired workers/crew were professional and friendly.

The project went very well. The company prepared for the weather. Came in to finish on a Sunday, due to inclement weather. The bid price was honored. The owner kept us informed. The crew worked well. My neighbors complemented them. I will recommend LThompson!
