Car Washes
Had my truck detailed by Wax Factor. Called the owner (did the detail) after he had left and I noticed that my some of my leather was discolored from whatever product/method he used. He first denied it, then said he would take care of it or replace it. Gave me $20 off (with a lot of attitude) another detail.......far from the cost to replace/repair my discolored leather! This guys confidence far exceeds his ability to stand up to his product! I would NOT recommend at all! There are too many other "Mobile Detailers" to choose from to ever use this guy again!
