WATERWORTH DESIGN

The project went on without a hitch.  There were very few changes that needed to be made save for some minor electrical placements and configurations. 

I used the services of Waterworth Design for building designs to remodel my home, about a month ago.  His designs were faulty (hip wall not sufficient for the cricket).  Biggest mistake was he did not know that all spiral staircases come with a landing (because of headroom), so now we have a big platform jutting out from our upper deck.  Never listened to us, until the end he mislabeled rooms (even when we went over and over what the additional rooms were). And his claims of following up and being there for us, were false as once  he got the final check, we never saw or heard from him again.

They were great. I used them twice because we had to go back and have something else added. It wasn?t his fault. We had asked to have something added to suit the city. We didn?t ask them to do the work, and he is not that kind of service anyway. We were just looking for plan so that we could get a permit. It cost us extra because we had to go back a second time but that wasn?t his fault. He was very responsive. I would use him again, and I would recommend him to other people.

Even though we?ve finished with him, he?s been wonderful with helping us through the process. In retrospect, I?m very pleased with the price because he?s been very helpful with answering our questions and willing to be involved in the process even though his part is done. It was a fair price considering that he?s stayed involved with us. I would absolutely recommend him.

I really liked the plan that he came up with. The additions look like they are a part of the original house. He was slow in getting information to us and getting back to us about any changes. Beware if you add to the plan or change it, because you will be billed for it.

They did a good job. He was punctual, friendly and knowledgeable. I was impressed with the presentation.

Very professional. Good design. Worked with builder as questions and problems arose.

Wayne was very friendly and easy to get along with. He showed up on time every time. He was patient with the changes I wanted to make to the plans.

He was responsive and listened to what I wanted. He had the plans drawn up within a few weeks and they were exactly what I wanted.
