When we got back from up north, our pool was so green, I thought we'd have to mow it! I shocked the pool, then tried to use the Barracuda to clean the precipitate, only to find the pump motor was frozen. Called Dave at Water Tech based on A-rating on Angie's List. Dave was prompt, friendly, went out of his way to be helpful. He solved our pool pump problem, and got the pool back in shape. Cost was $345. I have hired him to perform weekly maintenance on our pool (chemicals and filter only). He charges $60/month which is less than others I contacted. Dave is very conscientious and reliable

Thanks to Dave, we're enjoying our pool every day!  (unless it rains)

It is a small company and a one man operation. The guy does really good work. I don't know a whole lot about his business as far as how big he is and how big an area he covers, but I do know he goes down to St. Pete and as far north as White Springs and he is in Pinellas County. We are on a weekly schedule with him. He comes by once a week and balances the chemicals and so forth. He does all aspects of pool cleaning. He told me that he has been doing work in a lot of houses that have foreclosed. In some cases, the county is forcing the banks to clean up the pools in houses that have foreclosed. In other cases, the banks are cleaning up the pools, so that they can sell the houses. Basically, he is doing a lot of cleanups that involves getting all the leaves and trash out of pools that have not been maintained for a long time and rebalancing the water. I have been using him for 10 or 15 years. I can't say I have never had a problem with him, but any problem that has come up, he has been able to rectify the problem or put me on the right track to get the problem corrected.
