I visited the showroom and picked out the framing material. They manufactured the custom frames within two weeks. I picked up the frames and had the mirror guys cut down a big mirror and mount the new frames. They look beautiful in my newly remolded master bath. I will use Vista Galleries again when I remodel the guest bathroom.

I found the company at a booth at the Oldsmar Flea Market on Hillsborough Avenue. It turns out that they have their main office in Clearwater on Hercules Avenue. I was quoted a price of $30 a week or so earlier at the booth at the flea market but I didn't have the photograph with me. I came back a week later with the photograph (it was already matted - it just needed framing, backing and glass. It was ready in less than a week. The quote was the same and it came to $32.05 with tax. They had about seven or eight choices of framing that would work with the photo (given the size and colour I wanted - they had several dozen frame samples out that I could see. The main office in Clearwater is quite large and it looks like they have even more choices there). As a point of reference, I took the photo to another framer at the market and was quoted $60 - and they had only one choice of frame for me. I've also had a few things framed in the past at a large, well-known, national big box crafts retailer who also performs framing services and regularly sends out circulars advertising framing at 50% off which wouldn't be as inexpensive as TPFF. The framing was well-done, it looks great and I'm very satisfied. I will definitely get a quote from these folks the next time I need something framed. If you need something framed I'd recommend at least checking out TPFF and getting a quote from them.
