cell phone service
 + -1 moreI love their service, but I've been having problems with their customer service. Their policy on certain things, my dad was the owner of the account, when he died it has been a nightmare getting my mom switched over as the account owner. They have messed it up six times now, and I'm to the point of being tired of talking to them about the same thing over, and over again. It should be a simple switch. The husband is dead and everything should be switched over to the wife's name. They want us to open a whole new account, the account that they had for 20 years is now gone. They want to start a new account with a new social. Their policy on death and account transfers is horrible.
Description of Work: Verizon is my cell phone provider.
