Although I told them what my address was when I put in the order, they waited until the day the installer was supposed to come to tell me that high speed internet wasn't available in my area. They offered me very low speed internet service for the same price. On top of that, the CSR got an attitude with me when I asked why they couldn't have told me that when I called in to get a price.
Description of Work: I wanted to sign up for high speed internet and a phone.

 + -1 moreWe were given a specific window of time that the tech would arrive, we received a phone call about 20 minutes before his arrival, which was well within the time frame specified. He was courteous and replaced the box quickly. He even gave us a new remote when I mentioned ours was wonky. I love Verizon FIOS and when it comes time to sell our house, FIOS is a MUST in our new home!!!
Description of Work: We had issues with one of our cable boxes, the service tech came out and replaced it the day after we called.
