Work was inadequate and caused damage to the garage ceiling after poor install of air handler.

*****Beware these 4 or 5 star reviews are family or friends. *****This company is garbage the owner William Tyler Snyder III, his staff and manager Matthew are all scam artists**** read my comments below Horrible company, beware they exploit the elderly and are not a real AC company! They subcontract all their work out and needless to say will ruin your whole HVAC system. The owner William Tyler Snyder III is a scam artist who will perform the work and leave you high and dry when the system begins to fall apart. He also owns a solar company and is now scamming the government. Would have given a ZERO but the review requires a one star minimally. I hope you pay all your taxes because you like to rob the innocent and the IRS will be looking in to you! I have been in contact with several of the previous customers who have been scammed on this site. There will be a class action lawsuit being started here soon. I gave this alleged business owner every opportunity to do the right thing.

My air conditioner broke down 2 days after my moving in. The company was very good and stayed until after dark to finish the installation.

Great job, on time and fair price

Velocity Air owner, Tyler, and service rep, Brandon were excellent. The AC technicians came on time, and next day to repair air compressor that was destroyed in the hurricane. When a safety feature caused a further problem over this past weekend, Tyler had a technician come and repair the issue within 30minutes, and than did a follow-up text to confirm the issue was resolved. I highly recommend Velocity Air.

My understanding is that the owner passed away and the business is closed.

COMPLETE AIR CONDITIONING UNIT WITH HEAT PUMP. AND AIR HANDLER. VERY PROFESSIONAL ESTIMATOR,CAME ON TIME, THE NEXT DAY 2 TRAINED Technicians,Austin and Terry came at the time scheduled. Clearly they knew what they were doing. We were kept informed in the process of the installation the whole time. When the new thermostat was installed,we were shown how to operate it,which is very helpful. Austin and Terry were very personable,kind and polite. I would definitely hire this company again. Did what I asked for

Do not hire this company as I did. Paid $8,000 For the unit and it is not even 2 years old. Have had to replace the coils and fan motor and paid over $900 to replace coils just for labor and $450 labor for the fan motor. They have been out numerous times as the unit stops working and says that this is just the way it works and it is normal for air conditioners to do this as they get clogged up and I can go up into the attic myself and keep the lines open with a shop vac. I am 74 years old. They are a very deceptive company and should not be trusted Kathleen Phillips

Came home to an 85 degree home with no working air conditioning at 1pm. Brandon of velocity air was at my door by 2:15pm. He was knowledgeable and informative and gave me a few options to keep my aged unit running along with a 3 replacment options. All options included estimated costs and timeline for completion. I am now sitting in my air 75 degree air conditioned home only an hour after Brandon of Velocity showed up. Highly recommended.

Prompt service

The first technician that came out was very professional, gave me a quote and told me it would be done in the afternoon. A different technician came out to install the condenser but was not happy that the unit was on the roof and then wanted payment after the job. The first technician never mentioned paying after services rendered so I thought they would bill me. The second technician called in and I was able to push back the date to the 25th to pay. I also paid for a super tune- up but I do not know if they was performed. Maybe he was having a bad day or had quite a few jobs he had to get to. Very satisfied they were able to the air back on due to having a sick wife and pets.

They came out on Thursday for servicing my air conditioner and found out the compressor was bad. So we decided to upgrade the A/C unit. They brought us a temporary A/C for Thursday night and was there Friday morning to install the new A/C. Thanks Velocity.
