I pay it annually. They come every week. He comes when he is suppose to. Really good price.

Most of the time they just come and do a little strip of lawn and don't blow anything. They don't do the backyard at all. They don't work on the weekends. I feel like they just want their money and that is all at this point. They showed up 7pm on a Friday evening at one point. They are supposed to blow off the sidewalks as spelled out in the contract, but they rarely even use the blower. They have destroyed a sprinkler head cover in my yard and broken a screen while using the weed eater. At one point they even destroyed some very expensive flowers along the edge of my yard with the weed eater. I have sent them a letter letting them know that I expect them to replace and replant those flowers but I have yet to hear from them.

They keep my lawn nice and trim. I'm very pleased with them. Some companies take your money and never show up, but not this one. They do great.
