We had bought the model home in our neighborhood. Jennifer showed us around the house and did a great job. They had put stickers on things that should be fixed before we moved in. The basics of the house are great, but lots of little things weren't done and we've had to call and call to get someone to come out and fix it under the warranty. They only fixed some of them. Also, they made us join the homeowners association and we can't get out of it until Rottlund sells and builds on 3 properties. The problem is they aren't even trying sell them.
