Not sure why our initial review was taken off but I am hoping this is correct and they are no longer in business. We did our whole kitchen with them about 7 years ago and all the cabinets were falling apart one month after the job was completed. They refused to come out and repair. We had to redo all our cabinets. TERRIBLE COMPANY!

Team arrived with every thing ready to do.  Very nice people - the kind you WANT working in your home.  It was quite an elaborate project assembling our custom job - but they handled it like the pro's they are.  Would not hesitate to use them again for anything.  They know their stuff!  I wish I could post a picture it is that beautiful!!!!

Started around May 19th on the official construction portion and didn't end until September 3, 2014, About 14 weeks when quoted 6-8 weeks.  Initially demo went well but a mess.  They tried to protect my furntiure but didn't check to make sure the plastic was over the furntiure pieces when they were blowing the texture coating on the ceiling.  (I have had this done before and know that it can be very messy, but my furniture was protected and the celiing fans were taken down.)  Got on the nightstands which one of the workers got off for me.  Texture on the ceiling fan in the bedroom which they didn't remove.  They touched up around the ceiling with the wall colors that were covered with the white ceiling paint but I had to touch up the walls.
Made the cabinet for my husband's side and then told us that the shower had to be narrower because there is only 18" allowed by code between the cabinet and the toilet drain.  Of course this was unacceptable and they had to adapt his cabinet to be a little smaller to meet code which we accepted and looks fine.  They should have known this before everything was built, that's why you hire a company like this.
When electric was being put in the electric outlets above the sink were not put up high enough for the granite backsplash which had to be removed for them to move the electric up higher and finish off the holes properly which meant the wall they had fixed so nicely had to again be repaired.  This sat unfinished for days even after I complained numerous times and finally on the last day because I wouldn't pay them until finished they completed correctly.

Mirrors over the sink I never saw until the last day and when they were put up the lights which had been cut out and installed for above the mirrors were too low and those had to be adjusted and the holes repaired.  These should have been brought earilier, or they should have known exactly where they were to go to prevent double the work.
Tile for the shower was specifically picked out and ordered a month before the project started but when it arrive it was the wrong color.  The special pebble floor tile for the shower was the wrong color and had to be ordered correctly based on the color choice on my copy of the paid receipt and the wall tile had 3 boxes that were the wrong color and those had to be replaced.  This created a delay of almost a week and this should have been checked when the boxes arrived, not when they were delivered to my house and  I noticed they were not correct and pulled out my receipts.  The person in their showroom that we dealt with had left and they  could not find any of this information on my job.  When I informed them that they should put a rush on this at their expense to continue the job on time I received no answer and it took a week to get the correct tile in.
Also the person who came to dry wall the shower did a terrible job, walls not level, so the tile would never have gone on even.  We had to insist that this be redone.  Fortunately this was the only problem that we had with the workmanship of the job.
The shower attachments - shower head, handles, etc never were finished until the last day also.  When I kept asking about who was going to do those they kept passing the buck to other people.
People at this company changed positions during this job and this is really when the communication fell apart.  It was difficult to get a hold of the supervisor.  There was no follow thru on what was done during that day and what still had to be done. Although they said they had a list of items that needed to be done, each day there were different workers, so the follow thru was inconsistent and no one really knew what they were supposed to be doing on our site.
I had a very heated debate with the supervisor on the phone when he thought this project was almost completed and insisted that I pay  him the remainder of the contract agreement which would have been about $7000.00 because they considered the job 95% completed.  I of course didn't because they still had numerous things to fix and put up but it never was outlined in the contract what this amount of completion was to them.  He stated that this was on a cost basis and our project was already in the negative, so he couldn't send anyone else out here to finish the job until I paid the remainder.  Well his cost of a project is not my concern which is what I told him but we paid good money for this to be completed and it wasn't as far as  I was concerned.  I considered it 95% completed when there was only little touch ups left to do, not major issues - i.e. moving the electric boxes, installing the smoke and carbon monoxide alarms, putting all the heads and handles in the shower, fixing the wall repairs where the electric had to be moved and repainting, completing installation of at least 2 more LED lights, installing mirrors, putting up the towel/toilet bars in the bathroom, etc.  He didn't agree and infact threatened to not send any more workers out until I paid that balance. So to get this completed I agreed to pay the remainder if he completed all of this the next day against my husbands insistance that I not do that.  Of course I was promised that they would come back and he would be in touch to schedule the final inspections and finish the last touchups.
Of course my communication with him since that time has been limited.  A week after this ended they still hadn't called for the final inspections and finished the last touch ups.  When I called I was promised by the supervisor that those were scheduled and they and would be out to finish.  I don't like being lied to!!!
When I tried to contact him a week later, the day after Labor Day, his mailbox was full and I couldn't even leave a message.  I called their main number and Eddie, who had written up our contract answered the phone and got blasted with my complaints.  He stated he would send an e-mail and one to the owner (who I wasn't enthralled with either because it felt like to me that he was just interested in selling jobs and not how his company functioned and if he really cared about my opinion he would have called me himself after he received the e-mail which he didn't).  I received a call back in 2 hours from Eddie in the office who seemed to be the only person who really cared and by the next day the inspectors came out and we passed the final inspections.
Yet I have not been contacted with information as to when we can expect them out to complete the touch ups and I am not holding my breath.  The workers that were here at my home were wonderful and this company should be happy they have them as their work is pristine.  They were very professional, yet friendly, communicated with me frequently regarding where I wanted things, reviewed what they had done prior to leaving, etc.  What was extremely poor was COMMUNICATION  WITH THE CUSTOMER.  They started by sending an e-mail almost daily on what was done that day but these stopped eventually.  I had no way of contacting the supervisor initially until I sent an e-mail with my concerns to the prior supervisor who was now in the showroom and she sent my concerns on.  I was then contacted and he promised us that communciation would be better although that only last briefly.  I had to go over the entire job with him, which to me is very unprofessional and they should be in control and know where they are with every job. There was also no follow up.  Noone came at the end of the day, like an ara supervsior who reviewed what was done and updated what still needed to completed.
There is also noone specifically that you can contact who answers the phone - such as a receptionist who can take messages or direct you to the right person to communicate
