The Brockwell’s are amazing! I had the best experience working with them. It had been over 10 years since I purchased a home so I of course had no clue what I was doing and they held my hand through the entire process. Even the lending process. They have many years' experience in lending as well as real-estate. I had a very unpleasant experience with the lender and the deal was so far along that I could not change lenders. I would have given up if it had not been for my very supportive realtors. I’m so glad I didn’t because I got an amazing deal because of their negotiating skills. We all know it’s hard to negotiate in today’s sellers’ market. I absolutely love the house and I’m so glad we made it through the process.
