It took 3.5 hours to do the major work. I found that iPhoto and iTunes did not want to work properly from the backup. Jon then instructed me to download a program where he could access my computer from his office. He worked on the programs for quite awhile remotely, and then suggested that I upgrade to the newest MAC OS to get them to work properly (which I did). Everything is back to normal now.  All of my precious photo's are there, and the program functions flawlessly. So does I Tunes. He did this extra service without additional charges, which I thought was highly commendable, since my past experience with vendors has not been always positive.
It is unusual to find a MAC technician (you usually have to take it in to the store), so I am thrilled to find a person with his knowledge of the systems. 
Please be aware that the zip code is incorrect on the page. His website does not list a physical address, as he comes to your home to fix your computer. Angie's List would not allow me to skip this part, so the zip code is mine. All of the other information is from Tektree's website.

The whole experience with Teqtree went great. I would use them again and again. He was the only one that didn't give me a price out of the gate but in the end I spent over 50% less than the other guys when we were done, and NOW everything is working as it should which has restored my decision to move to MAC.

They are excellent. Showed up on time and addressed all issues. He was incredibly accommodating and he was willing to do incredibly tedious work. He sat there for hours to make sure everything was clean. He also did some trouble shooting work and made my computer way faster.
