Description of Work: My son arranged it for me and it was a consultation where he spent a couple of hours just showing me a few things on my computer, mostly with photography.

Description of Work: Jon Denison was great. He did entire set-up of new computer and hard drive backup/router which consisted of transfering all my data from old Mac computer to new one. Wiped data from old Mac and hard drive backup. Gave me new Cat6 Ethernet cables and answered many questions. He also quickly found that the new Mac computer Apple sent me was defective, helped me get authorized return, and then was most gracious about having to make a second trip after I received replacement from Apple. I'd definitely use his service again.

 + -1 moreIt took 3.5 hours to do the major work. I found that iPhoto and iTunes did not want to work properly from the backup. Jon then instructed me to download a program where he could access my computer from his office. He worked on the programs for quite awhile remotely, and then suggested that I upgrade to the newest MAC OS to get them to work properly (which I did). Everything is back to normal now. All of my precious photo's are there, and the program functions flawlessly. So does I Tunes. He did this extra service without additional charges, which I thought was highly commendable, since my past experience with vendors has not been always positive. It is unusual to find a MAC technician (you usually have to take it in to the store), so I am thrilled to find a person with his knowledge of the systems. Please be aware that the zip code is incorrect on the page. His website does not list a physical address, as he comes to your home to fix your computer. Angie's List would not allow me to skip this part, so the zip code is mine. All of the other information is from Tektree's website.
Description of Work: I unfortunately deleted my hard drive on my MAC computer. Although I reinstalled my operating system, my files, pictures, and music would not migrate over. I found Mr. Denison on the internet, and saw that he was one of the few people who worked on both PC and MAC's. I contacted him and within 1 hour I had a follow-up message, and set an appt. He was punctual, went to work, and began restoring my information from my external drive.

 + 0 moreThe whole experience with Teqtree went great. I would use them again and again. He was the only one that didn't give me a price out of the gate but in the end I spent over 50% less than the other guys when we were done, and NOW everything is working as it should which has restored my decision to move to MAC.
Description of Work: We just recently made the transition from pc to mac, we had 2 other companies guarantee us it would be a seamless transition. After spending hours of our time and theirs we couldn't get it setup. Jon's team handled everything by remotely logging in to our systems which created no interruptions during our business day. He was willing to work late at night and what the other companies could not get done in over 30 hours Jon completed in 12, besides that he showed us some great shortcuts that is saving us time in our everyday work.

 + -1 moreThey are excellent. Showed up on time and addressed all issues. He was incredibly accommodating and he was willing to do incredibly tedious work. He sat there for hours to make sure everything was clean. He also did some trouble shooting work and made my computer way faster.
