It’s so hard these days to find a reputable contractor you can trust. Recently, when our Air Conditioner died, I contacted a realtor friend who owns a number of rental properties. Without hesitation, he recommended I contact Dave Taylor, the owner of Taylor Heating & Air Conditioning. Dave came out the next day and we discussed the nuances of our particular situation. He provided quotes for two options, and rearranged his schedule to install our new system as quickly as possible. His team arrived at 8:30am as promised, and our new Heat Pump system was up and running by 2:00pm. He and his team were very cordial, and knowledgeable, and cleaned up thoroughly when they were finished. He now has us as a customer for life, and I have already begun recommending his company to friends and family. We used Taylor years ago for the house and when we needed new AC for the villa it was an easy call. I did do some shopping around and while they are not going to be your low bid, I truly believe I got what I paid for - highly recommended. At 6:30 a.m. on a Monday, I was informed that the air conditioner at my rental home had stopped working the night before. I called Taylor at approximately 8:05 a.m. and spoke with a young lady who was very responsive to my needs; she stated a technician would be at the property between 9:00 and 9:30. At 9:25, Jason arrived and began to analyze the problem. Within 25 minutes he determined the fan motor needed to be replaced and gave me an estimate of the cost at which time I authorized the work. Jason acted professionally and courteously and completed the job efficiently; he is an excellent representative of his company. The fee charged was commensurate with the service provided. The work was completed before noon the same day; all in all, a more than satisfactory experience.

I called Taylor's because of recommendations from Scout, Plumb, and Clearwater High School friends (can't beat that). Very happy I called them. They came out quickly, got it working (needed a capacitor and some freon), did the annual maintenance checks, and it didn't cost too much. Very happy campers here.

Technician Jason was professional, thorough, informative to explain what he was checking and why, what parts needed to be replaced. I have an older system and I liked it that he wasn't pushing to replace the system but rather was focused on the task at hand to get it up and running. I have had other HVAC people out before for my system and they immediately are pushing to sell me a new system.
Because Jason wasn't pushy with selling me a new system, I asked him for a bid to replace it so if/when it needs to be done, I'm ready for it, rather than being caught off guard like I was yesterday when my system quit working.
I will highly recommend this company and Jason.

Taylor installed one of these units in my house (we have one for the upstairs and one for the downstairs). Installation was for an outside unit and an air blower in the attic.  We have them come and service them every year.  installation was nothing short of artistic - amazing job by guys who seemed to take their work pretty seriously.  The person (Lew) who comes to perform annual service is always on time, always the nicest guy in the world and does not cut corners.  We have recommended Taylor to family and friends.

They are very honest, knowledgeable and fair. I recommend them without question. The approximate cost was for the installation of the air duct.

Luke came out to service and clean my system, and fix a leak from another company. I signed a service contract with them, so after he fixed the leak the first time, it still leaked. Luke came back out two days later, because it was still leaking and fixed it again. Luke made sure everything was good, and was only going to charge me if everything was to my satisfaction. They were very professional and courteous. The office was very receptive, and let me know if he was going to be late. I've had 2 other A/C companies, and they are the best.

I called on Monday before Thanskgiving, received an estimate on Tuesday and the work was completed by noon on Wednesday, just in time for visiting family to enjoy the warmth of an otherwise too cool room.

HAVE USED TAYLOR FOR SEVERAL YEARS. ALWAYS PROFESSIONAL AND PROMPT, NEVER LEAVING BEHIND ANY MESS OR MATERIALS.

ALTHOUGH NOT A RUSH, LEW ARRIVED IN AN HR. IMMEDIATELY SUGGESTED THE AC FILTER WAS DIRTY - HE WASHED IT OUT WITH GARDENHOSE. WHEN REPLACED, HE CHECKED OUT EQUIPMENT - PRESSURES, TEMPERATURES. I OBSERVED HIM, AND ASKED TECHNICAL QUESTIONS. LEW WAS VERY KNOWLEDGEABLE. DID NOT TRY TO SELL ME ANYTHING, JUST GOT IT FIXED. I'LL CALL THEM FOR FUTURE SERVICE. $65 COST WAS REASONABLE FOR CALL OUT, LESS THAN $70 ANOTHER REPUTABLE COMPANY QUOTED JUST TO GIVE AN ESTIMATE.

OVERALL GOOD EXPERIENCE, WE APPRECIATED THEIR PROFESSIONALISM.

After I received a few estimates, I chose Taylor Heating & A/C because they were helpful, nice and accommodating. When I had called I spoke with Dave Taylor. He told me they could be out that week they seemed to be very busy, since the weather has been heating up. Dave & Matt showed up and had a huge mess before them going into this mission, with gallons of water cleanup and soaked installation. They were very punctual, cleaned up the whole area and did a wonderful job at a great price! I am very happy with the new unit and the service I have received. I cant say enough about this company!
