After a poor experience with a different accountant, I found myself facing the tax extension deadline. I contacted Tampa Bay Accounting and Associates. The response to the form I completed on the website was immediate. I emailed all my information per their suggestion and within a day or two, my income tax forms were completed. We had to email back and forth a few times but each time, Michelle responded promptly and a few times telephoned to clarify some issues. Overall, the services was prompt, professional and efficient.
