James and the company were very personable and knowledgeable and were up front about costs and making sure I got my money's worth from a tough to figure out issue, that thankfully was figured out.
They performed all of the work within a few hours in one day in all four apartment units which we're being prepared for washer/dryer hookups.
The work was prompt, neat and completed on time. The price was very good compared to other electricians I called who were charging up to three times what Switch charged! I think some businesses have no basis for their pricing and simply go off the top of their heads.
Thanks Switch, I would recommend you and use you again.

Their price was better than I expected and I would most definitely have them return to do work.
Thanks for the RARE quality customer service you see in this day and age.

UPDATE: Switch was supposed to come out and finish the trim on some can lights and check the 220. They had come out a couple weeks prior to do some re-wiring on a remodel. I had specified in writing and verbally to them to install a 220 for the kitchen. The tech Lonnie, was extremely personal and I thought all was good. After they left I discovered the 220 was not working. I had called to reschedule them to return and finish the trim and check the 220. Lonnie told me the 220 was not part of original invoice. Sure enough, I checked the invoice and it was not on there even though I wrote it out on paper and told them verbally what I needed. I though it was kind of obvious that a kitchen re-wiring needed the 220 install. MY RESPONSIBILITY FOR REVIEWING THE INVOICE. They wanted to charge me another $225 to connect the 220. Their original price of 595 was actually good if they had done what I had specified. I would not use Switch again nor would I recommend them. Lonnie, you are very good at what you do. Find another company that is more up front and responsible.
UPDATE: on Feb 3, Switch owner Avi, called me after reading about the incident above and offered to remedy the situation. He even offered me a refund and I refused, telling him I am not trying to hustle for my money back. I just would like them to be up front and follow through on what we agree on. I appreciated the fact the owner took the time to call because most companies would not have done that after getting their money. I told Avi, I will have more work to do in the apartment building I own soon and that I would appreciate him helping me out with that.
"Dear customer, We appriciate your kind recommendation. Thanks for taking the time to give us a review."
I will recommend this company to all my family and friends and even my clients.
"Dear Customer, Thank you so much for giving us such a great testimonial. We really appreciate your business! We are here if you need us!"
"Dear Member, After you filed a complaint with the Pinellas County Licensing Board, they went ahead and did a full investigation of the situation and it was found that everything Switch Electric had done in your home was done according to the National Electrical Code. The Pinellas County Licensing Board takes complaints such as this very seriously and suspends/revokes contractor licenses if they are found to be practicing business in an unlawful way. Switch Electric was cleared 100% of this complaint as it was found to be invalid and we were found to do everything in according with all laws. We regret that you felt unhappy with the work that was done but after having a third party review and inspect our work, it was found that we provided the work that you paid for. Switch Electric still operates under the same name and license number today in 2012."
