Extremely happy with the service we received from Swat Exterminating! They were professional and knowledgeable from the first phone call. A technician called me to discuss our problem and told me exactly what to expect... and they were even able to get me on the schedule the very next day. Mike, the technician that came to my house, was super nice, professional, knowledgeable, and the best part was my problem was gone within 24 hours! We are super pleased with their service and will definitely be using Swat in the future if need be. Thank you!

Very well. The lawn looks much better. The people who deliver the service are very knowledgeable about lawn problems and how to treat them. They gave me a lot of confidence that the lawn problem would get solved.

The technician suited up and confirmed that I had bees. He treated the nest and the bees eventually did not return. His actions were quite successful. Initially, I was quoted $85 to $125. While on site, once the diagnosis was bees, the tech upped the price to $225. I paid it, am glad to have gotten rid of them, but the jacked up price is a concern.

I hired hired Swat after getting quotes and interviewing three companies. They were the most knowledgeable, and also the least expensive. Service has been great.

Swat Exterminating did the termite inspection before we closed on our house, then we contacted them for regular pest control service. Gerard did a great job on the first visit, addressing all of my concerns and questions, inspecting inside and outside (including looking in the attic, where there was evidence of a past problem with roof rats) and making recommendations for steps we should take ourselves to avoid future problems. So far, we're very pleased with the service.

They are excellent. We had termites, they treated the house and then we have a yearly contract for them to come out and inspect the house, and put down traps around the house, then come back and check the traps, to see if there are any more termites that are eating the food they put in the traps. They have a particular chemical they use that nobody else has, and we have had no more trouble with termites or them. We pay a yearly rate, they do a house inspection, and then if there are any signs of termites, the treatment is included in the contract.
They are very professional, honest and knowledgeable.

I love SWAT. They are always one time and efficient. They call every quarter to schedule a time that is convenient for us to come spray our house. If we are having a pest problem, they know how to fix it. I am sad that our regular pest management specialist will no longer be our guy, but he brought his replacement to meet my husband and see the process. I am confident he will do an excellent job just like Gary.

SWAT was originally recommended to us by our real estate agent, and so we used them to perform what we felt was a very thorough pest and termite inspection prior to purchasing our property. A quote for on-going services was attached to the invoice for the inspection.
After moving in, I contacted a manager at SWAT to get their services set up. We noticed that he had left a 25% off sticker on the electrical box so I asked him if that would be applied to our quote and the response was and quot;yesand quot;.
We take some responsibility for the ensuing confusion, however, there is definitely a caution to future customers worth mentioning. This was our first time using a pest control service and thus assumed, perhaps wrongly, that the quote we were given was and quot;all inand quot; for one year of termite and pest control services. We did not realize that the estimate was only for the Sentricon bait installation and one year of monitoring.
After the services were performed, I was given two invoices. One invoice for the Sentricon installation that did not reflect any agreed 25% discount, and a second invoice for regular bi-monthly pest control services. I was also asked to sign two agreements (which I thought were work orders) while distracted on a work conference call.
Immediately after they left, my wife contacted SWAT to find out why we were missing our 25% discount, and why we were receiving a mystery second invoice. All of the management were out of the office so our details were taken and a return call promised. Upon receiving the return call, I became much more aggrevated by the uncaring response I received from the manager. He indicated that the 25% was off the separate pest control services but not the termite bait installation. I indicated that I never even realized I was ordering a and quot;separateand quot; service and that the quote they originally provided was exclusive of any pest control services. Furthermore, he never even provided me with any indication that pest control was a separate service, let alone that his 25% off sticker was only being applied to a service that I thought was included in the overall quote.
We cancelled the pest control services and kept the termite given that the system had already been installed. We going to reluctantly pay both invoices although there was no offer to honor the 25% on both.
Long story short, I realize I should have known better, done more shopping around, and probably scrutinized the quote more closely. On the flip side, SWAT did not handle this process in an honorable way and may be using ambiguity as a deliberate sales tactic. I recommend that other future customers shop around, scrutinize, and obtain clarification in writing to avoid a similar situation. SWAT's actual service delivery may be of a high standard but given the competition out there, it is important to understand what they will be billing you.
I will monitor the service quality with regards to the Sentricon system and update my review accordingly.

Provider was prompt and professional. He showed us areas of past problems with termites but reassured us that there were no current problems. He recommended needed repairs and taught us the difference between the 2 types of termites and what to look for in the future. We would definitely recommend his services!

First my home inspector saw activity and recommended SWAT to come and give me an estimate. Mike (Service Manager) came out right away and was abe to give me an estmate to exterminate and prevent reinfestation. I felt the estimate was a little high but having never done this before I really don't know. Mike said I should call him no matter what kind of bug I find but so far (3 months later) I have seen none.

Mr. Koenig arrived at the agreed upon time. He was friendly and courteous. He thoroughly surveyed the inside and outside of my home and took appropriate tests for infestation. His professional knowledge base was evident as he explained what one would look for in consideration of a drywoods termite infestation versus what he observed in my home. I greatly appreciated his in-depth explanation which greatly set my mind at ease. In my case, Mr. Koenig didn't find evidence of any termites of any kind on site.

The inspector arrived right on time and conducted a thorough inspection of the unit. He did find some evidence of termites and provided me with many useful tips. The former owner had a lot of bug baits scattered around, but the inspector assured me that there was no evidence of infestation - that the previous owner had probably been a bit bug paranoid. Thsi was reassuring. I'd highly recommend this company and will definitely use them again for any pest issues that arise in the unit.

They have been excellent. They come out on a regular basis and they show up when they say they will. They do good annual inspections. The billing work is always good. I haven't had termites and have been satisfied with this company.
