Superior Trash Service, Inc.

I've been trying to contact this company for days. They took almost 2 weeks to get to my property, missing scheduled pickups. I already have a rodent issues as the storm drain is next to my pickup site. When they do show up, this is how they treat my cans... I find this every single time. I used to have lids for the cans, those have been ripped off due to them being thrown to the curb. I have left emails, called, left voicemails, and they do not respond. Superior.... I think not. I called and asked to cancel services and a refund since it just started last week, they have only been out once since the contract started, and they were not reachable. My contract isn't over until the end of September. He threatened to put a lien on my house if I disputed the charge for them not providing services. He also said that my trashcans are not proper and it's the fault of the cans that they fall over. Though... they never do this when they are empty otherwise. This is a crook of a company... DO NOT HIRE THEM!!
