I WILL TELL YOU TO RUN AWAY BEFORE HIRING THIS COMPANY!!!!! One star is too much for this very unprofessional company. They do not know what customer service is and how to handle a business. We hired SUNCOAST for the last 5+ years to do our screen enclosure prints, AND THE LAST YEAR THEY WENT DOWNHILL, treating their customers like are a bother. Mind you, we are contractors that have to answer to a client. Suncoast will tell you, it will take 2-3 weeks to issue engineering drawings and that is not true. It took them 2 1/2+ months to issue prints for a simple screen porch. I WILL REPORT THIS COMPANY TO THE BBB, who by the way claims has a A+ rating with the BBB even though they had a complain for the same issue I am having with this company. MARY AND LIZ are the ones answering the phone and they have no clue as of when jobs will be process. No one ever works, engineers are always out of the office, KEITH (THE OWNER) IS NEVER THERE OR "OUT ON THE FIELD", they never return phone calls or they simply hang up on you. No wonder why they keep CHANGING THEIR BUSINESS NAME.
