Excellent! I called them on the weekend and they called me the next day. They came out to give estimate the day after that. They asked me to get a permit and I did-work was started the very next day! Completed within 2 days-the WHOLE job! This included digging a deep trench, laying pipe and muc,h much more. They were wonderful and explained everything in detail.

We began having sewage back-up problems on our 30 year old septic system about a year ago. We have been managing to limp along with frequent clean-outs. We had been advised that our system could not be repaired and we would need to install an entire new septic tank system or attach to the county sewer system. The estimate for this work was between $15,000 and $25,000. This was going to be a major investment for us in both time and money.
Shawn and Greg from Straight Flush Septic Service came out in early October to inspect our system. They offered us several options that could provide a solution to our problems. Through the use of some powerful water flushing techniques they were able to open up our drain field and provide operating area for drainage. They also repaired a broken section of our septic tank that was blocking flow into the tank.
Thanks to Shawn and Greg our system is now up and running without any of our past issues. We are greatly appreciative to Straight Flush Septic Systems for taking the time to work out a solution for us. They are extremely, honest, conscientious and reliable young men. I consider them experts in their field.
I do not think that I will need their services again for a long time, but I will not hesitate to call them when I do. I can highly recommend this fine company.

Found Straight Flush on Angie's List, as this was my first experience with service for my Septic Tank. I called and arranged for a service date. The manager told me service was available the same day, if I needed it, but since it was not an emergency, I arranged for the first stop for the following day. The technicians arrived on time and located to access, even though I sent them to the wrong side of the house. The service was performed efficiently. The technician advised me of a long term potential problem, and also the signs to look for if the problem ever develops.

We called Monday morning needing service quickly. They came out Monday aftenoon, explained the problem and what needed to be done to fix it. We had the septic tank pumped out and had it fixed so that it could be found the next time. We will use them every time we need this done.

They did a good job overall with the new septic system. I would call then again if I needed to.

They were prompt, professional, friendly and the cost was very reasonable. I would definitely use them again and advise others to do the same.
