This company is very professional and cares about the work they do for our satisfaction. They worked around our schedule and did a fantastic job. They pay close attention to detail and made some repairs that were discovered and not even part of the estimate. I will hire this company again for some other smaller jobs and would highly recommend giving them a call, you will not be disappointed. Fair, Honest, Professional and Excellent Work Product!

Jerry came and immediately pointed out the problems with another quote. We had done business with him before and he quoted a fair price for the work that needed to be done. He and his crew were on time and the job was done by the time he had indicated. The inspection was scheduled for Friday and by Sat he had emailed us that the inspection had passed. We will be using Jerry again to finish the work we need to have done in the kitchen. If you want a fair, honest evaluation of what you need done, call Jerry. He's fair, honest and dependable. Qualities we don't always see anymore. I highly recommend him.

Members of the Star Electric Service Team were great from the start. Polite, professional and fast!
Jerry came out and did a walk through to get an idea of what we needed. His knowledge of local code and what the local inspector requires saved us a lot of headaches from the start. They gave us a more than fair quote (and came in at it) as well as a good time line to completion (which they finished sooner).
Flexibility! While Jerry and Freddy were tackling the electrical needs of our new construction, we asked to add a few things to the existing house (being typical home owners we had a growing list). Without a blink or hesitation- "Not a problem". Again very fairly priced.
Easy to work with! Planning the "off line" time- where we would be out of power for the Service change was tight. They came on a Saturday and only had us off line for 5 hours (an hour less than he told us)
Responsive. These guys were very responsive to any questions/concerns we had. Any of our fixes required (bad breaker in new box, moving ceiling fan) were done same day. Even some of the adds (adding 2 switches for security lights) were done the next day.
Knowledgeable, prompt, curious and fair. We plan on calling them again.
