I met Bob through our local Chamber of Commerce where we discussed the type of business he was in. Both Bob and his wife, Marie were very nice people and came across very serious about doing quality work for the residential home owner. Prior to meeting Bob, I always thought that window washing was for big businesses and for store fronts. I never realizes that the average home owner could get their windows done too! With Mother's Day around the corner, I gave myself a present! Getting the windows cleaned! Bob's price was very reasonable considering the number of window we have in the house and how terrible dirty they were. The house was empty for almost 5 years prior to us moving in so you can imagine how disgusting they were. The first thing I noticed when Bob and his employee pulled up was that they brought my garbage cans up to the side of the house. My husband had a landscaping business for many years and little things like that show respect and courtesy and really are key factors when hiring a professional service of any kind. They showed up right on time and went right to work. By the time I got back home they were done! The only thing that was upsetting to me was that now you could see clearly inside of my front windows so I'll have to keep my living room clean! The job that they did was amazing. The windows and sills were really "sparkling". Bob explained to me that the special solution and water that he uses doesn't have harsh chemicals so I didn't have any type of strong odors to deal with and it was safer for my family. Since cleaning the windows is usually something we all fight over having to do, it was the best Mother's Day present I could have given myself and my whole family. I am very happy I have found Bob and Sparkle Plenty Window Cleaning and I am 100% sure we will use them again!
