Service One Plumbing is primarily a service-based firm. We offer all facets of residential & business/commercial plumbing work, servicing the entire Tampa Bay area. Our trucks are working 6 days a week, with Sundays available for emergency service calls as well. All of our employees are exactly that; we have no subcontractors. All of our work is guaranteed for a minimum of 1 year.

"This firm received a request for a phone quote from this individual, who claimed to be a facilities manager for a funeral home company, for the repair/installation of a wall-hung bathroom sink. He was given an estimate of approximately $600.00. Upon arriving at the site, our technicians found that the sink was actually a custom-manufactured glass countertop with a glass vessel sink mounted on top of it. The total weight was approximately 150 lbs. The countertop, sink, and faucet were all scattered on the floor, with most of the mounting hardware missing. Our technicians were informed by on-site staff that repairs had been previously attempted by "some handymen". We informed Mr. [Member Name Removed] that appropriate hardware would have to be located, wherein he requested that we simply "prop the sink up with a leg". We made numerous attempts to locate the correct mounting hardware with various suppliers, keeping him informed of this. He subsequently hired the work out to someone else."
Will put in a proper outside cleanout next week as per my suggestion. Left the work site clean the way he found it. Good plumbers are hard to find anywhere, Joe is one of the good guys. Plumbing issues call Joe at service one.
Joe is my favorite contractor. I've used him for several projects. He's very honest about what's in my best interest, rather than what will generate the most revenue to him, and was clear that his philosophy is to gain a customer for life. He's gained one in me. I had him rebuild my water softener and when that repair didn't last, he came back and fixed it at no charge to me.
I have two sons, and my youngest son adores him!
