They are good and respectful, they did the job and diagnosed anything that was going to need attention soon. They did not try to sell me anything that did not need to be done like many other places do. I feel I can trust them and recommend them to others.

GOT MULTIPLE ESTIMATES, THEY ARE ALWAYS COMPETITIVE. I USE THEM BECAUSE THEIR TECHS HAVE TOLD ME I DON'T NEED TO REPLACE THINGS OTHER SHOPS HAVE RECOMMENDED. HONESTY, SO RARE.

The experience didn't go well. They messed it up the first time; they left something that made a scratching sound as I drove the car, so I had to bring it back. They had to fix it again.

I took my car into sears automotive at 8:15 am. I was told they would call me in half an hour to tell me what was wrong. I came back one and half hours later and found my call up on a mount and when I saw the clerk I checked in with he apologized and said he forgot to call me. I immediately authorized the job and was told it would be done within the hour. I came back an hour and half later and found they hadn t started; it was still up on a lift. I came back an hour after that and they said it would be done soon, I saw they had started working on it. When I went it in there I requested 3 services, a tire alignment/rotation, the correction of a vibration, and an oil change. It took them over 4 hours and they only corrected the vibration. I called and asked to speak with the manager when I got home. I was told he was out of the office and would call me back. He never did. I m an optimist, but this was a really negative experience! Just terrible.
