Description of Work: Brian was the serviceman. He was very informative and helpful. Was able to resolve the problem with my Moen shower faucet with the materials and supplies he had in his truck. Brian was friendly and courteous. I will be calling Scotto again and will be requesting for Brian.

Description of Work: Selected Scotto Plumbing based on positive Angie's List ratings. They also had a coupon for a faucet installation that was competitive with the local big box home improvement store. We were called about 30 min prior to serviceman arriving which was nice. He was professional and friendly. Would definitely hire again.

Description of Work: We have used Scottos since 2001 and we have been satisfied each time they have come to our house. We are reviewing them for the first time and want to highlight how professional they are. We bought an expensive faucet for our kitchen sink a couple of years ago. It came with a lifetime warranty. When it started leaking we called Scottos and Eric came out to evaluate the problem. When it couldn't be repaired he called Moen and we received a new faucet. Eric came back when we had the faucet and installed it. He only charged us for the second trip. When do you get this kind of service anymore?
