They were awesome. They gave me the most affordable quote and also did a great job installing the tankless hot water heater. I wanted the tankless hot water heater at a certain spot in my garage. They were very accommodating and did exactly what I wanted without increasing the cost. They also were very easy to schedule and showed up on time and got to work. A very professional business. I will hire them again.

Great. The old faucet was rusted where it connected and they had to cut it off. They did a professional job and the new one looks and works perfectly.

It went terrible. I don't know what has happened to Scotto's. New management? Can't find qualified plumbers? Just don't care anymore? Not sure but something has changed from when I first started using them in 2004. In Feb 2013 I even wrote them a good review. Near the end of 2019 I called Scotto's to my main residence for a very small job. I needed the shower drain cover replaced. Scotto sent two people out and they worked about 45 minutes. I never checked their work based on past experiences and this was such a small job. Latter that night I stepped into the shower and thankfully I didn't cut a huge gash out of my foot. Instead of using a screw that would hold the cover down and still be flush with the cover they used hex head screws which naturally protruded above the drain plate cover. I ended up fixing it myself. I called the office to report such negligence and poor workmanship but never got a response back. I also had them at my rental property to fix a leak from the tub drain and the slow drainage of water in spite of the leak. Long story short: Scotto's cleaned out the drain and said it was fixed. Scotto's was out there on 3 occasions, charged me nearly $500 and was never able to identify or correct the problem. I called another plumber who came out and fixed the problem in less than 2 hours. When Scotto's continued to charge me for repeated trips out after not correcting the problem the first time, I decided it was time to find a new plumber.

Everything went fine... Will likely use contractor again... Only area of question is that fees for specific services appear to be very structured...As a result, the total cost can end up very high considering the cost of the parts and actual labor required to complete the task..

I contacted Scotto's because my normal plumber was not working during the holidays. I found them by reading the reviews on Angie's List. Called the morning of New Years eve and got a 2 o'clock appointment. Tech's showed up around 1:30 and worked on the clog. Both workers listened to me explain the issues and then duplicated the issue. They cleaned out the clog and tested a few times with no issues. Only one bathroom had an issue. Unfortunately about 2 hours later the entire house now had a clog. It was now after-hours on New Years eve. I called and left a message, which was returned in a timely manner. I was informed they would send someone back out that night. A new tech showed up and cleared the clog and I have not had any issues since. Every minute of this experience was top notch from the responses to my phone calls to the knowledge and courtesy of the employees. They are now my go to plumber and would highly recommend them to anyone needing plumbing help.

Scotto’s was responsive, punctual and honest about the estimate to do the repair. A plumber and apprentice arrived on time, quickly assessed what was wrong and gave me an estimate that was accurate. I feel a company can be better judged when something doesn’t go entirely right and Scotto’s responded within hours and fixed the problem quickly even though it was after normal operating hours.

Simply put…Outstanding service! From the young lady who took our initial call to schedule an appointment, to the service technician, James, who arrived promptly as prescribed. James did an excellent job of determining the problem and quoted the total cost upfront. He persisted in finding that problem when it wasn't obvious from the outset. James then made the repair in an expeditious manner. He also pursued the cost of a second job that we are considering undertaking rather than getting us that info at a later time/date. I will not hesitate to use the services of Scotto's Plumbing in the future. It's apparent why this company has been in business for 40 years...Kudos!!!

When I called Scotto Plumbing and explained the problem I was having, I was told someone would be out within the hour. The gentlemen who came to my home were very professional and efficient. We have used Scotto Plumbing many years and have never been disappointed.

When I called for an appointment, the attendant was kind and found a time that was convenient with my schedule. Austin called on his way and was on time; he was very friendly and knowledgeable and did his job quickly. I am happy I chose this company and with the work they did. I will hire them again.

Husband and I had just purchased a condominium and noticed the water valves to connect the washer had a leak and also seemed to have been painted over making it difficult to shut off water when not in use. The pipe was also loose connecting to the shut off valve. I called the company based on reviews on Angie’s list and saw they were also part of Pinellas Executives’ Association. First I was pleasantly surprised that an actual pleasant person answered the phone and set up an appointment for the next day since I told her it was not an emergency. Second, the two gentlemen showed up exactly on time which was refreshing. My technician Ocy and his helper Jacob were very professional and personable from the moment I let them in the door. Since this condominium was new to me, the old tenant had at least showed me were the whole house water shut off was which was not in the condo. As we walked around to where my two water heaters were, thinking the shut off should be somewhere nearby and not in the ceiling outside of my unit (strange place), they noticed the expansion tanks were installed incorrectly on both hot water heaters. I hadn’t noticed it when we did our walk through but was very familiar with the issue they told me could happen since it’s exactly what happened in our current condo at our neighbors place which flooded her place and person below. I did not want this happening in our new place so I ask them if they could schedule to come back and fix that for me. After checking his truck for necessary parts and making sure they had time since that was not previously scheduled, they told me they could fix both hot water heaters right then. I was thrilled and gave the go ahead. They promptly completed all the work, cleaned everything up and tested all the new connections. I can’t say enough positive things about my service. I have now put this company and especially Ocy’s and Jacob’s name in my contact list. I will most likely have them come back to install a whole house shut off valve somewhere in my unit that makes shutting off water in an easier location.

Punctual, professional, fast, clean, personable. Erich and Rich were terrific, and a welcome surprise from our previous experience with a different company.
