Description of Work: I confirmed with Technician on final costs before work begins (no savings when having all pre-discussed jobs done at one time). The Tech charges by the job. My experience: The Tech pushed a button on my Garbage Disposal that I forgot to push to get it going, provided and installed an inexpensive $23 MOEN Shower Head, replaced and provided a bottom-of-line Aerator that cost less and not more than $6 retail, spent less than an hour combined, thus the reason for the 'C' at a Total Cost of $287.93. The Manager spoke with me sometime later after receiving my letter and now I know that service is by the job and provided hardware of course. This was the first time that I required an explanation after having used Scottos on several occasions and consider the matter closed as relayed to the Manager in May 2017.

THERE SERVICE PERSON WAS NAMED MICHAEL AND WAS SUPER IN EXPLAINING THE PARTS, FUNCTIONS. I WOULD HAVE BOUGHT THE DIAMOND PROGRAM FROM HIM IF I WAS PLANNING TO STAY IN THE HOUSE.
Description of Work: REPLACED ONE TOILET/TANK MECHANISM WITH REBUILT PARTS. ADJUSTED WATER LEVEL ON OTHER TOILET, BUT SAID IT COULD NOT BE FIXED AND TO PLAN ON BUYING A NEW ONE EVENTUALLY.
