Description of Work: We bought some furniture. They were prompt. Like the furniture. The price seemed reasonable. Will go back again if we are considering buying something else. Overall a good experience. I like them better than some other furniture stores in the area.

 + -1 morePurchasing the table went well -- no problems, although we would have liked to get a and quot;freeand quot; extra side chair instead of a single bar stool, but that was not the advertised special. Express delivery allowed us to get the table and chairs delivered on Monday (purchased on Friday), which was great. The only issue with express delivery is that you are not provided a window of time for the delivery. I was told delivery would be sometime after 7:00am. At 6:00am, I heard a knock at the door. Two men were ready to deliver and assemble the table. They were quick and thorough in assembling the table and placed it in the room I wanted it to be in. Overall, it was a positive experience. I love the new table!
Description of Work: We purchased a dining room table and 6 side chairs, plus got a bar stool for free. Delivery of the furniture was completed on the next business day.

 + -1 morePurchased on July 5th with scheduled delivery on July 15th. Contract calls for and quot;approximately4 hour delivery timeand quot; Got call at 6:05am on July 15th saying delivery would be in next 20 minutes. We stated we could not accept delivery this early. He asked when we could accept. We stated 10:00am. He said he had to got to New Port Richey and we would have to reschedule delivery. So far RTG has been unable to give us a new delivery time.
Description of Work: Purchased sofa, loveseat, mattress & springs. Contract calls for four hour notice prior to delivery. Awakened by a call at 6:05am (before sunrise) saying they would deliver in 20 min.
