This was the best experience I’ve had moving. Dustin and the guys were amazing. So friendly and helpful. They came in and said my job is to make sure you do as little work as possible today. And that is exactly what they did. Everything was packed perfectly so nothing was damaged at all. They set everything up right where we wanted it. We were in our old home for many years and really didn’t know how much we had so our estimate was way under what it should have been. They used every single spot in that truck and packed it to perfection. The price was very reasonable. They were friendly and polite. I couldn’t have asked for a better crew. I will tell everyone I know to use this service because it is amazing.

They were great. It was a short notice move and they were able to fit us into their schedule. The movers were right on time (actually a but early). Very efficient and courteous.

The absolute best movers we ever had. I would specifically ask for Dustin and Jose. They were the ultimate pros, courteous, and treated our things like their own!

Dustin and Dave were our movers. They were the best!! Very punctual, friendly, took very good care of our furniture. Extremely easy to talk to and addressed any concerns we had. We cannot give them enough praise. We want them to move us again when our house is done. This company and these guys deserve a 5-star PLUS!!

not a good experience....the mover broke the water line when disconnecting my washer and panicked...did not try to find the shut off valve, did not even attempt to grab a bucket or help me when the 1st bucket filled up. He simply told me 'to call someone.' After calling Rock's to report this (as well as a large ceramic planter being broken by the mover), they were initially apologetic and asked for photos. Then I received an email the next day stating I was warned by the mover that if they broke either the pot or the water line, it would not be covered/their responsibility. I was absolutely not told any of this, and if that were going to be the case, why was I told to send photos?? Would not recommend! Their website tries to convince you how good/reputable they are and warns of what to 'watch out for with other movers'....what a joke...it should say 'watch out for Rock's b/c we won't help you if we break something and flood your apartment!'

Service was ok, not the speediest. More than once they reminded us that they only get a small commission for a move and rely on tips to make up their earnings. That was somewhat embarrassing. We used a different company for a subsequent move.

They were great. Treated my possessions as if they were their own. Very professional and efficient, and they finished in both instances in less time than quoted.

Great company. We were so skeptical of hiring a mover based on some previous experiences and were just blown away by the professionalism of this group.

They were affordable. They didn't break anything. They were very courteous. They got the job done fast. I hope I never move again, but I would use them again.

They were amazing. They were friendly and provided a quote quickly and explained everything that was included. The day of the move, the two men were on time (actually a few minutes early) and were done in just a couple of hours. I was impressed with how quick they were. They were also very accommodating when I wanted a couple of pieces moved around. There was zero damage to anything, and ultimately the price estimated was almost spot on. I have referred them to three coworker's since and will continue to recommend them to everyone.

They arrived at the pickup location on time. The movers were very professional. They introduced themselves to both my husband and me. We walked through to point out what was to be moved. If they had any questions as they loaded, they addressed me by name (very professionally). They were very careful with the furniture, covering and wrapping items when necessary. They were careful through doorways. The moving equipment was covered with blankets to protect furniture when wheeling out to truck. When fully loaded, we did another walk through to make sure all items were loaded. They promptly proceeded to the unload destination. Once there, they determined where items were to go and carefully unloaded items and put them in their places. Before completing the payment process, they asked if there was anything we wanted moved to a different place. They provided the final billing, calculating the hours worked. The pricing was very reasonable. I have used movers in the recent past and these gentlemen were so much more professional than others I have used. They worked quickly, but carefully....and so professional. I would definitely recommend them and use them again.

Overall very well. Did not notice until after they left that one bed with all 6 storage drawers were put in incorrectly so that they did not close all the way. They failed to point it out to us or question us that they were having trouble. My husband had to take the bed frame apart and totally redo their work. That is the only reason I scored them a 4. In the future if they are unsure what they are doing they just need to mention it. They drilled new holes unnecessarily in the base for each drawer. They did a great job otherwise. Excellent. They were punctual, professional and went above and beyond our expectations. We would definitely use them again.

EXCELLENT. They were right on time, each person introduced himself and shook hands, they were polite, friendly and professional. It was a difficult move with a lot of heavy furniture that had to come down stairs that had a 180 degree turn in the middle, and they handled everything gently and carefully, nothing was even scratched. A large office credenza was nearly our undoing, but they worked it out! Matt, Oneal (sp?) and George were all wonderful to work with, and they worked HARD for 6 full hours. They aren't the cheapest movers, but sometimes you get what you pay for. I would highly recommend them to anyone, and plan to use them again myself and request the same crew!

Wonderfully well. Service from time of quote to the last box unloaded off of the truck. Crew was very experienced, professional, and even fun! Could not have asked for any better experience would recommend Matt, Walt and Leland as well!

A few problems, but overall happy with Rock.

Showed up right on time. Worked their butts off for 4.5 hours and were extremely professional and courteous, BY far the best move ever, and I have moved 15 times in my life. AAA+++

We had a two part move. We used another moving company to move the entire contents of our house into storage. We didn't use them again. I carefully researched movers for the second half and chose Rock's Moving Company because of their extremely high ratings on Angie's List. They were excellent from the very first conversation with Donna to the actual move with Dustin and Javier. They showed up on time, took excellent care of our belongings and moved everything to a fourth-floor condo without a single complaint. In fact, they had the most positive attitudes I've ever seen in movers. They were extremely efficient, enough so that the move came in under estimate!   
We kept a few things in storage on purpose and again, Dustin and Javier happily moved items around and tucked the pieces we were keeping to the side. They packed the truck beautifully, securing everything and taking the various sized boxes into consideration so that nothing shifted during the move. Thier packing was a work of art. I wish I'd taken a picture.
It was the first time I felt that our movers cared as much about our belongings as we do. I would hire them again in a heartbeat.

They showed up on time.  They moved the entire contents of my condo-which is 800 sq ft.  They were careful and did the move for the amount quoted.  I have referred them to several friends.

Due to a family emergency, my sister had to be moved from her home with very little notice. I needed a mover the very next morning to move her boxed up items and furniture to a storage unit. I searched on Angie's list for candidates. I was skeptical that I would be able to find someone because not only was it short notice, but it had been raining for days and days and I assumed that would have impacted most movers schedules. I spoke with a gentlemen at the highly rated Rock's Moving Co and explained the situation in detail. They weren't sure at first that they would be able to accomodate, but by the afternoon they were able to call me back and let me know they could do it. We discussed the scope of the job and agreed on pricing. I explained that I would not be there for the move (I live out of town), and that my sister would direct the activities on-site. The feed-back from my sister was that the workers were total professionals, they arrived on time, they were caredul, they were efficient, they were quick, and they finished in the allotted time. It was wonderful that in all the stress of this emergency move, that a Company lived up to it's reputation. I am grateful to Rock's for taking the stress out of what is often a very stressful situation and taking such good care of my sister. I would not hesitate to recommend Rock's moving again.

Right from the start I was impressed with Rock's Moving.  When I initially contacted the company regarding an estimate for my move, Donna was professional, helpful and answered all my questions, tons of questions.  I also contacted other moving companies.  I did research on line regarding moving and I checked a lot of reviews for the companies I chose to contact as well as their credentials.  Rock's won hands down - they were professional, courteous, they knew the business and they had received great reviews.  Although their price was a tad bit more than the other movers I contacted, incidental items were included in their price.  I wanted a reliable, professional, experienced company.  Preparing for a move is hard work and I didn't want to have to worry about whether the company would show up on moving day let alone whether they'd do a good job.  I felt very comfortable choosing Rock's.

They moved my furnishings in 2 3/4 hours which was amazing considering drive time and the fact that my old and new apartment were on the second floor (lots of stairs and difficult turns).  The crew of 3 was absolutely phenomenal - friendly, courteous, helpful, experienced, extremely hardworking and very careful with my belongings paying attention to the walls/doors at both apartments.  My L-shaped couch and computer desk were shrink wrapped.  Nothing  was damaged or broken (i.e., furniture or the items which I packed in boxes).

On a side note, I had looked in their truck and they were well equipped (furniture pads, moving equipment, etc.)  I was surprised at how clean and well organized the inside of the truck was.  I thought, definitely professionals.

Rock's Moving and the crew were outstanding!  They exceeded my expectations for a smooth, professional move.  I wouldn't hesitate for a minute to recommend this company.  In the event I move in the future, I'll definitely use Rock's again.
