It was really bad service the car had to go back due the paintwork looking like orange peel. Larry the guy I dealt with was really bad for the company his customer service was disgusting. When I complained over the rear end of the car still not being in perfect condition I was told if I had told them from day one the insurance was paying for it they would not have sprayed and just put a brand new bumper on. Wow I really shouldn’t have thought this should make a difference but obviously does. I had used this place several times before going through insurance for other family members cars but always dealt with Chris who had left. I will never recommend or use again. Larry is the worse person I have ever deal with and as a business owner dealing with the public he really does need firing. After I complained over a bad job I was told they could do a perfect job if I paid again and they would put a new bumper on really so you do a crap job first.

They arranged for me to be picked up by rental car agency and was I able to drop rental car off at Robert's as opposed to driving to rental car location which was nice. Arrived for estimate early in AM, no waiting and JC was able to prepare estimate within a very short period of time. Cost was exactly what I was quoted.

Excellent. J.C. took care of me from start to finish. My bumper looked better than I thought possible.

Repair was completed for the time I was told it would be. I was informed of the progress during the 3 days it was on site.

Excellent service

Drove in for an appraisal, left the mirror assembly, they called a week later when it was done. No muss, no fuss. Easy to workwith. It was not an insurance item.

They were very helpful, prompt and did a fabulous job.

Tony the Body Shop Manager and the repair technicians were amazing for the work completed to the vehicle. Paint match was spot on. This is the second time I have used them over the years and they do not disappoint. Would not hesitate to use again (which I hope I don't if you understand why) and would not hesitate to send friends or family their either. Its hard to find a good honest auto body shop and this one is definitely one of them.

I was backing my car out of the garage before the door lifted all the way.  Unfortunately, the little fin on the center of the roof in the back caught the bottom of the garage door and tore off.  The roof was dented and there was a hole where the electronics in the fin attached to the communication cable in the car.  The car looked terrible but even worse, could not be driven in the rain because of the hole so it had to be repaired quickly.  Roberts was the second place I went for an estimate.  The first place wanted to remove the entire roof, replace it, and re-weld everything back.  Sounded like overkill to me.  So was the price.  Omar at Roberts gave me a good price for the roof repair as well as two bumpers that had been scrapped which I wanted repaired as well since the car was being fixed and the roof painted.
They did an excellent job and I would recommend them highly.  As a matter of fact a member of my Church who retired from the car business recommended them as well when I called and asked him where I should take my car.
Overall it was a pleasant experience and i would use Roberts again in a minute!

I am a fanatic about my car so you can imagine how heartbroken I was following a rear end collision several weeks age. My car was towed to Robert's Collision. They were wonderful. They stepped in and handled all of the contacts for me and secured me a rental car. I was reassured that everything would be taken care of, and guess what, it was. I got my car back today and it looks brand new. There are no rattles or strange noises and considering they almost had to replace everything from the front door back, I was amazed.This is a class act company. Customer service is #1 with them and they make sure that customers leave happy. If ever I need body work done on my car, I will take it to Robert's Collision.

I was told my truck was going to be done by a date and they didn't follow with their promise x 3 times ; moreover, they were not professional or courteous to call and notify me that what they call "WORK" will take them longer. All the parts they replaced was the cheapest if not used parts, No quality parts or quality work period.... The parts they replaced and work on, is fallen off my truck now. Any customer should not have to go back and get it right the second time rather its customer or insurance whom is paying.... They didn't replace all the parts " we could not find these parts but you can buy them in auto zone  or Walmart" DO NOT WASTE TIME AND MONEY GOING TO THIS LOUSY PLACE

Roberts Collision Center (RCS), is worthy of the descriptive term "Professional collision repair". Everything about my experience with them was positive, from the courteous response on my first call, the customer interactions on-site, the very high quality repair work, and the visual impression of the facility. It is clear that the organization takes pride in their business, and in their product.
Their estimate of the work was  in the middle of three bids I obtained, and the final bill came in slightly under the estimate. My repair was not a terribly challenging one, but I would ask RCS for a bid on any collision repair or other body work I might need in the future, knowing I'll get a fair estimate and a top quality job from them.

I got an estimate from Omar for some paint damage that was done to my car. They were extremely fast getting my work done and my car looks fantastic.

I took my SUV into their shop for repair.  I was given an estimate and scheduled the work. When I went to pick up my SUV I noticed several areas next to the work that were still unfinished. The guy said he didn't see them when he was estimating. I don't know how they let that slide.  He did offer to repair those areas for me but I would have to leave it again and pay more. The work they did do was good but  I was disappointed that there were scratches and dents not handled.

I am impressed with this shop. Insurance quoted aftermarket parts for my Mini, but they were able to acquire new parts since they do so much business with the dealer. I have used them twice, my friend has used them twice , and my neighbor used them. All have had a positive experience. Delivery was as promised. Shop is emaculant.
