+ -1 moreWe used One Stop Shop Constructions (Mr. Meke Nattan, Milky LLC) to do some renovation work in our newly bought home. He came recommended by our realtor. We spend more than $10,000 on diverse projects. The jobs were done with his motto “satisfaction guaranteed”. All went well till one smaller job did not carry our “satisfaction”. Suddenly, he was unable to rectify the issue. Lack of personel, lack of products…in short, more than 50 texts messages, empty promises and 6 months later the issue remained unsolved. We had to take him to the Small Claims Court which ruled in our favor with financial damages. A real headache! Be aware that Make Kattan will sell you his services with a guarantee, but at the end will not honor his promise. Will not recommend, will never use him again.
