Right-Way Builders

I chose Right-Way Builders for several reasons:
1. They listened to what I wanted. They made excellent suggestions but they clearly heard what I wanted and their first draft proposal incorporated all my requirements. An alternate vendor, after a similar meeting, sent over a generic kitchen proposal with only some of my requirements and this was after several reminders I was waiting for the proposal.
2. They communicated.  From the onset, David responded quickly to questions via phone, email or text.  This level of communication continued throughout the entire job.  
3. While I could tell they were a busy company, I could also tell their focus was on doing good quality work. I knew they wanted my business and they would focus on making me happy with the end product.  I didn't get that feeling from other vendors I met with.
I had previously remodeled a kitchen in Virginia and was really amazed at how smoothly this remodel went.  Their team showed up every time they said they would. They were organized, hard working, knew what they were doing so everything moved fairly quickly and the work area was neat and clean when they left each day.  They coordinated the plumbing and electrical work as well as the appliance installation.  Last minute changes such as replacing a sliding glass door or deciding to replace an older tile floor didn?t cause an issue.  The previous contractor I worked with would try to impose change order surcharges at the drop of a hat.  David?s only concern with changes was keeping the job on schedule.
The end result was amazing.  We went from a 30 year old kitchen to a modern one in just under three weeks.  One of the nicest features was replacing our old pantry which was louvered bi-fold doors and wire shelving with a real wood pantry including doors that matched the cabinets.  I cannot recommend the Right-Way team enough.  They are conscientious, cost efficient and their work is excellent.
