Beyond my expectations. All 3 guys were incredibly efficient, pleasant mannered and hard working. Donna, from the office, was also efficient in setting everything up and when I had to make changes she was incredibly understanding. I would highly recommend this outfit to anyone looking at moving.

I used them the second time. I loved them, I should have used them the first time. I ended up with 2 moves because I wasn’t sure I was going to bring some things over, wasn’t sure they were going to fit. I’m downsizing, so I had them come get the rest of it.

All the workers were polite, helpful, and meant the best. However, We had to change the date because the truck caught fire. No compensation. Did not wrap any of the furniture. Small scratches on everything.

Pleasant, courteous, quick, thorough, careful. Professional!! All the breakables we wanted packed were taken care of with great care the day before and then three men came right on time on moving day and in a surprisingly short time has us packed up. The unpacking at our destination was done with equal care and things were placed just where we asked. Nothing was broken or marred or lost. We could not have asked for a better experience.

It was terrible. Outside of the fact that quite a few things never made it to the new place, they left at least 6 trips worth of stuff for me to move myself. This included two mirrors behind doors, a shower curtain, all of the pans in my oven, and a lot of cleaning supplies. All of the items in the refrigerator were left. A nice set of place mats never made it to my new home.

This is our second time using this company in the last 7 1/2 months; we chose them again this time due to our great experience with them the first time. Our movers this time, Antwuan (the driver), Sam and PJ, were absolutely terrific! They were pleasant, hard working and very professional. They were wearing company t-shirts which at two locations they asked permission to remove so they could move wearing the tank tops underneath their t-shirts, as it was very warm; I was happy to comply with that request - very impressed that they were professional enough to ask! They all had great attitudes despite the fact that the second stop (the condo) was quite a challenge -- they were repeatedly delayed due to having to share the elevators at the condo development with other movers, painters, etc. who were working elsewhere in the building that same morning. (This resulted in our move requiring additional time/money through no fault of the moving company or movers - the additional time/money was completely fair). Re: our belongings - they were extremely careful with everything and we had no damage whatsoever. Like the first move with them, this second move was also a great experience and we would definitely use them again.

I liked them, they were good and earlier than what they were supposed to be. They worked good together and quick. There were just 2 guys. I didn't have to do anything, which was good for me because I had to keep my father out of the way so he wouldn't be confused. They were really quick and were done in about 3 hours. I didn't have to pay for anything. They were good all the way around.

Rep Laura Prather was very responsive and helpful in coordinating the move and finding the best carrier for the job. Two of their very professional and personable movers packed the household...they were humorous, efficient, careful and very fast. There was a significant amount of glassware and also some antiques involved. The whole shipment was then palletted at their warehouse. All arrived safely with the exception of a couple of table legs; however, the company was also very responsive and fair about the necessary repair costs. I used them a second time to move a grand piano and again was happy with their knowledge and care of a valuable instrument.

When we were concerned about the price, they gave us another option to help cut costs. They were extremely helpful in guiding us through the process of this alternative way to move. The movers and packers were very friendly, helpful ,punctual and professional. When we got to our new location, we did find a few things that were broken that they said would be protected.

They arrived a few minutes early. There were three very courteous and professional young men who were able to coordinate the loading of the truck very efficiently. They worked very quickly and did not waste any time or effort, which was appreciated as the job was priced by the hour. The team leader was named Sean and he is a take charge type of guy. I had already moved the lighter items myself and they had only heavy things to move. I followed the truck to the new house where it was unloaded and the appliances from that house were picked up and moved to the old house. The job could not have gone any smother. I strongly recommend this company. My only regret was that I had spent so much time and effort moving the lighter items myself before hiring these movers.

The men arrived on time and actually had more work to do than was originally agreed upon as I had gotten sick and was unable to pack all the boxes I said I would pack. No complaint. They just jumped in and got it done, moved everything and unloaded. There were two small occurences, an outside cracked tile at the old house and a box dropped on the new house's stairs leaving a chip. Both problems were rectified in a couple of days by people that were obviously professional tilers and wood/furniture finishers. You cannot tell anything happened. All this and they came $200.00 under estimate. I personally recommend these guys. If you use Angie's list know this company is first rate to me.
