Ranko, Jo and team did an excellent job planning, communicating and executing a large job in St. Pete. They were professional, on time and detail oriented. RDK went above and beyond to make sure we knew what our options were prior to the installation and how they could assist to maintain the equipment for years to come. A+ and looking forward to doing business with RDK for many years to come.

They figured out what was wrong with the air conditioner. The people that they send out are always courteous, informative, and have good integrity.

I moved into a brand new 2480 square foot 2016 mobile home. As soon as we moved in we noticed that the air was not forceful and some parts of the house were not getting little, if any, air. 
RDK employee Joe came to my house was was very polite, professional and detailed in examining the system. He found numerous things the original air installer did wrong. He took his time, was patient in listening to me. He offered me a detail description of all the things he found  wrong and worked with giving various options to help correct the problem.
During the visit he had the owner, Ranko (please excuse me if misspelled his name) stopped by as well.  At the time I had no access to the attic so he said would come back at no charge to inspect duct work once the attic access was created. 
Well we got someone to install an attic access so Ranko came over personally but he was unable to navigate in such a small attic area. What really impressed me was that not only was he trying to find a solution but he rewired some of what the company wired and was able to increase my air. It still isn't where it needs to be but it was improved.... and he didn't even charge me for visit call!! 
This company's professionalism, ethics, and concern left a lasting impression on me and I intend to use them once I get this resolved. Kudos to your company. I intend to refer them to any friends who voice air conditioning problems.

I recently purchased a brand new HVAC system from RDK. Ranco came out to service my old system which was not running. He showed me everything that was wrong with it and explained what needed to be fixed and why. He gave me an estimate on repair vs. replacement.  No pressure to buy. I went with a new system. He and his partner Joe came out and worked very hard in very hot weather to install it. They periodically showed/explained what they had done and why. After they were done, Ranco took quite a bit of time to explain the contract, warranty and care of my new A/C. He answered all my questions in detail and made sure I understood the importance of care and maintenance. He even left me several new filters to use. Ranco and Joe are both honest, dependable, courteous, and hard working. I have had VERY BAD experiences with A/C companies in the past. Now I won't use anyone else but RDK! Thank you Ranco, Joe, and Diana!

They are phenomenal. The have great service. They are on time and just a class act operation. It is well run. The owner is very hands on.

I found RDK A/C and Heating LLC on Yellov page and called.
Ranko answered and promise to come for 1 hour. I was little suspisios, but after 1 hour Ranko shows up in front of my house.
He checked the problem explain to me what is going on and after 1 hour my A/C works like new. He promise that I will spend now less money on electricity bill( what I did not belive ) but for 5 months in a row I realy spend every month about $30 -$ 50 less then same months last year.What to say ?! I recomend Ranko and his company to any of my friends who has problem with A/C!
He is honest, on time, his work is clear and he is not over expensive. His card is in my purse! Thank you Ranko!
