Amy and her team have cleaned our house on a regular basis for a number of years. She works with my wife to find a time for the cleaning every two weeks. It is not always at the same time of the day, but they work it out every two weeks. She cleans our house well and mops the tile floors throughout as preferred by my wife. We would not have continued to use her services for so long if she did not do an excellent job.

I've put 'N/A' for punctuality because I really can't remember whether Amy (?) and her assistant were on time or not. We have had a half dozen maid services clean over past 5 years; house is only moderately dirty. None have NOT finished a routine cleaning of all areas requested until RD. I kept seeing that too much time was being taken from the way the time Amy's assistant took on the bathroom. They both then worked on our master bedroom together. I asked them to focus on KITCHEN, one of them, and it was at least done before they said the 2-hours each / 4 hour 'special' was time frame was over. There was still a solid half hour of cleaning that I had to do to finish the dusting & cleaning we expect of every other service. Whether it was part of the problem or not, I dislike maids taking personal phone calls and talking between themselves a lot while working. I honestly think Amy was efficient and a good worker but her assistant is too too slow. For this reason, I would not rehire this team at any price.

This company didn’t clean my house after I prepaid their deal. They post poned me over and over until the grace period for Angie’s list to refund me was over. I was burned.

Some things were ok,but some places didn’t get cleaned. Backsplash in bathroom didn’t get cleaned until I pointed it out. Photos on top of cabinets didn’t get dusted, other things didn’t get cleaned. I think they may not have understood some of my requests. Need to understand English better.

They did a great job cleaning, and our house looked great when we got home. They were nice and we felt comfortable with them. They even washed some windows. The only problem was, they worked extra time without asking first, and so charged us another $120. The original deal was up to 8 hours of cleaning for $149. The house cleaning wound up costing $269 total, which seems kind of expensive. Our house is pretty small, 2 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms.

"Thank you for your good review. About the the extra time, I would have liked to have been able to tell her, but nobody was at home in this moment. Before the person able of receiving us left after we started cleaning. We told her that we needed more time, and she told me that when she came back she would see what part of the house was missing cleaning. She left and told me she would come back in 10 minutes. She did not leave her number, and she return 4 hours after. We just keep cleaning."

They canceled 2 days before service. Said it was too far to drive. I paid a portion ahead of time to Angie's Lust and am waiting for a refund.

Amy of RD Cleaning was prompt to schedule the job within the timeframe I needed (family wedding) and was very through and pleasant to work with. Brought her own vacuum and supplies and worked hard to make sure the house was ready for our guests and family that were coming in for the wedding.

They were absolutely awesome. Hard working. Major focus on details. Used a special tooth brush to remove hard water stains around the bathroom faucets. I had some water damage and dry wall dust was all over the place. In an hour and a half, my unit was Spotless ! These two were amazing. This was the second time that l used them. Now Amy has her own key and more important, she has the job from here on out.

Amy and her team exceeded my high expectations. They were kind to my 3 young children and patient when they got in the way. :-) They removed stains from my porcelain sinks that I thought were permanent. They brought much-needed organization to my kitchen. They thoroughly cleaned the front door of dirt and weathering which made a bigger impact than I could have imagined. I will have them back. Without a doubt, Amy has changed my family's world for the better!
