HE CHARGED ME FOR THE ENTIRE SQUARE FOOTAGE, EVEN THOUGH HE ONLY STRETCHED 1/3 OF THE AREA. HE DID A POOR JOB WITH SEAMS, THEN HE CHARGED ME $75 TO MOVE 1 CHEST AND PUT SOME PLASTIC STRIPS UNDER IT. I CALLED CHANNEL 8, AND THEY GOT HIM TO REFUND $70, BUT I'M STILL OUT THE REMAINING AMOUNT. THE JOB WOULD'VE BEEN ABOUT $300, BUT THEY REFUSED TO REDUCE THE PRICE. HE DID A POOR JOB OF GLUING THE CARPET DOWN AND IN CUTTING THE SEAMS. THE CARPET STARTED COMING UP, SO I USED CRAZY GLUE TO GLUE SOME OF IT DOWN. WHEN I CALL HIM HE HANGS UP ON ME.
