It went perfect.  I dropped my Jeep off, no appointment needed.  They called an hour or so later, done.

Like the other posters I'm a picky Corvette owner. R&L  Muffler welded my exhaust back to the flange where the factory weld had broken.  Did a great job at a great price.

Like the previous reviewer, I am also a fussy Corvette owner. Usually I wind up going to the dealer for service or at least a shop that specializes in Corvettes. Last week, the driver's side exhaust pipe broke right in front of the rear axle and I decided to check and see if there was an "old fashioned" muffler shop in the area, the kind of place that can actually fix things as opposed to changing parts or seeing what the computer says! LOL.  Based on my limited auto repair skills, it looked like the kind of break that could be repaired, without needing a major investment in new pipes, mufflers and resonators.  I called R & L and as I began to describe the problem, the gentleman on the phone actually described it for me since apparently this is a very common break/problem on the C-5 series Corvette. He said to bring it in and when I arrived they took it right up on the lift and went to work. Within a half hour they had the system put back together, it sounds and runs as good as new and I am only out $30!! As any Corvette owner can tell you, there is almost no repair on these vehicles that costs less than $150. To find a shop like R & L is absolutely a fantastic. I would recommend them to anyone who needs muffler or exhaust work. You will get quality workmanship at a very fair price.

I arrived just after they opened and was on the lift within twenty minutes. and quot;Pauland quot; worked on my car and, although I had been dreading someone else working on my baby, Paul was more anal about getting everything centered and even than I was! He even asked for my input along the way to be sure I was happy as the job progressed. He is a true professional and a joy to work with! And, when handed the bill, I couldn't believe an hour of skilled, custom work only cost me $60.00!!
I would recommend Rand L highly, especially if custom modifications were required (as were with my Corvette).
