took wife's car in for repaint as it was 13 years old and factory paint was badly faded. They had car for approx 10 days and had to bring it back as some of the chrome had been removed during the repaint and not put back on. They lost the trim and I had to buy new trim which they wouldn't pay for. For about two months the paint job looked good, so I brought in my suburban to have the hood repainted due to a small paint scratch. They charged me 500.00 to repaint the hood . Approx 6-8 months later, the new paint on my wife's started to blister and peel or in sheets approx 4" by 10" at a time. I took the car back and the insisted the paint that had been used was defective and not their falt and that I needed to deal with the manufacturer about the defective paint. Met with rep of paint manufacturer at their shop and after a weeks worth of back and forth, they agreed to repaint the car free of charge . Two weeks later I got hear car back for the second time and again the paint looked good. By this time the paint on the hood of the suburban Painter 6-8 months earlier was coming off in even larger sheets than my wife's car. I took both cars to a high end show car restoration company well known in the show car circuit as well as Ferarri and other high dollar collision repairs and repaints for the 1/2 million dollar plus cars. He looked at both of my cars and stated that the paint that had been used on both the color and the clear coat were painter with the cheapest poor quality paint and not the PPG paint I had been quoted and had paid for. He also stated that who ever had painted the two cars had not prepped the cars right and that who ever had painted them didn't know what he was doing.

Had been price shopping a total repaint on our Chrysler Town and Country . The estimates ranged from $1500.00 to $7000.00 with no body damage to fix. I got estimates from at least 12 different shops. Most offered a 1 year to 2 year warranty, and the only ones that offered premium paint were all over $4,000.00. I had a problem putting that kind of money in an eleven year old van, even though it only has 60,000 miles on it. Then we were driving by Rand B and I thought what the heck, let's try one more estimate. Mike, the manager greeted me with a great attitude and a very professional demeanor. After the estimate was written up I was in for a shock. Not only was he near the lowest estimate I had gotten, but he had a full 4 Year warranty on his work and the paint. The paint he used was PBG and is one of the top rated auto paints used on classics and custom paint jobs. He also did extras such as having the car detailed and headlight lenses buffed and clear coated to prevent them from clouding again. He had the car for a full week, and let me tell you, when we went to pick it up, I was floored by how good the paint job was. I alsoI found other thing he had done to enhance the paint job I hadn't even thought to ask for, and he hadn't charged anything extra for. Needless to say I'm very happy with their work and have since had them paint the front hood and fender of our suburban when someone in a parking lot decided our parked car was the ideal thing to ram a shopping cart into. Repainting and removing the scrapes on the hood and fender on the Suburban, again with premium paint costed me $300 which was less than 1/2 of what the car medics type dent repair shops quote was.

Incredible, The car looks like it came off the show room floor. Rand B repaired all dings and dents, and matched the original color perfectly. Outstanding work for the price I paid..
