Terrible!! Never even finished the job. He was suppose to come back for our final finishes, After dozen of left messages, he did answer once and said he would contact us with availability. Still waiting, and this job is going on 1 year since he started.

The work was great when he started, but he is no longer in business and has not contacted me back. We have sent numerous emails.

This job took 5 days from start to finish since there were applications that needed to dry before the next step.  Tim Lefebvre, our contractor, let me know about what time he was arriving and leaving each day.  He moved everything I couldn't handle out of the patio and kept me completely informed about what he was doing that day.  The last day, he came just to moved the heavy things back into the patio out of the goodness of his heart.  I highly recommend this company.  As a matter of fact, he's returning to refresh our driveway and garage floor.

They were great.  Tim, the owner, came out and put a sample stain down, and I chose another color.   He has a good artistic eye, and knew what color would be best.  He was right on.  When finished, the  trowel markings left by the people who poured the fresh concrete showed, and I'm not crazy about that.  That has nothing to do with Pro-crete.  Tim offered to redo it for $395. We declined.  It looks very nice the way it is, even with the trowel marks.
They gave me a discount for Angies List.
They were so nice and really wanting to please.  I would hire them again in a heartbeat.

Tim and his employee were very professional, cleaning up as they went, informing us honestly of what was being done, and keeping a timetable. We definitely would hire him again.

Tim Lefebure is the owner of this business and personally performed the work.  He has very high standards and that is reflected in his work.  After pressure washing the deck, he patched the numerous random cracks with an epoxy material.  He then meticulously cleaned the deck before applying each of the two coats of acrylic surface.  And to complete the process, he professionally applied two coats of our color selected stain.  The work exceeded our expectations.
