I have been a customer of Prime Air for over 10 years. They have provided fair prices and excellent service. Yearly, I have signed a a contract for one year of maintenance ($145 and 2 service calls) and preferred year round service with no extra charges for after hours services as well as preferred pricing for parts.

They're an A company in all the categories named.  I use them all the time to maintenance my air conditioning system.  I took a couple of days to complete the work and they had like four or five people. 

Excellent workmanship. One day installation. Came back a few times to check on installation to make sure everything was working correctly. Price was the best I received. I would highly recommend them.

We bought our house in 2010 and know very little about maintenance of heating and cooling systems, but thought it was probably high time for a professional to come and give our heating and AC units a cleaning and to check to see if they were working alright. There had been no service since 2009.  The Prime serviceman came right on time (the office calls you to let you know the person's on his way). I never got the feeling I was being pressured into purchasing anything. The serviceman found a condensing unit contactor that was burning out, but said it was totally up to me as to whether he replaced it. He showed me the burn marks on the contactor, so I asked him to go ahead and replace it. He also noticed that the condenser coils were really dirty in the heater, but, again, left it up to me as to whether I wanted to do a deep cleaning or just a surface-type cleaning. I opted for the deep clean since he was already there and it seemed silly to have him come back another time on a separate service call. So, those two things added extra charges to what would've normally been a $140 routine maintenance charge. All in all, I was very happy with the excellent service and professionalism, and will definitely call them again for annual routine maintenance. Just as a side note, my son was at home at the same time waiting for an AC company that never showed up and never called. I told him he should call Prime!

We like them. They were amazing. We were especially satisfied. I am giving their name and phone number to anybody that needs air conditioning work because the guy really knows his stuff, which is unusual for Florida. We would recommend them. The pricing was excellent. It was a fair price for excellent service. We would absolutely use them again.

Technician JC was excellent. Quickly found cause of why air was not working, offered and performed repair. Advised what he was doing / going to do before doing it and was done in about 1 hour.

It went much easier than I expected. They did all the work -- removing old units and installing the new in one day. They returned the next day to do a complete re-check to be sure the system was working as it should.

I was referred to this company by a friend after I told her about my disastrous experience with another a/c company. I called Prime and was told my a cheerful individual on the phone that they could have someone out that afternoon since they had a technician in the area. He came over, diagnosed the problem right away, and fixed it. He was also amazed that the and quot;inspectionand quot; we had just the previous week from another company did not include cleaning of the unit's drain pipe.. And most importantly, he did not say anything about the need to and quot;replace to unit.and quot;
This visit was a pleasure from start to finish, and I would recommend this company in a second. Obviously, this is what I am doing here.

FIXED SITUATION

Process went as outlined by Prime. System works well and we are very pleased. We continue to have them service our units twice a year and have been pleased with their on-going service. Our only issue has been that part of the condenser sits on a sidewalk and part is on yard. The part that is on the yard is slightly lower after time and we are looking at options to level.

They were excellent. They had to overcome so many obstacles that were not visible before the estimate process. They enhanced the overall system through conducting a thorough assessment of the current system and suggesting several areas for improvement. They are honest, professional, and trustworthy.

They were professional, and the quality of their work was excellent. They did what they said they were going to do. They were prompt and accurate. They completed the job properly and cleaned up after themselves. If there is a problem, they will come back and take care of it immediately. They are honest. They are a lot more expensive than many guys in the market, but they are well worth with. I didn’t have any problems at all.

Peter Dembeck is the president of this family owned business who made the sales call. His crew arrived when he said they would. They were pleasant and professional and clean. They brought in their own heavy duty vacuum cleaner and cleaned up after themselves. We did not have to wipe or dust or anything. They brought their own drinking water and did not bring radios. They reviewed everything with us before leaving and gave us a handwritten thank you note with a magnet bearing their phone #, etc.

I WOULD USE THEM AGAIN.
