PRICELESS POOL SERVICE OF TAMPA BAY LLC

Contacted who I thought was Priceless Pools from the link on Angie's list after I did a provider lookup. I had Priceless Pools a couple of years ago when Greg was the owner. The phone number on the link was actually for Pure Planet Pools who bought out Priceless Pools. It is not a merger as their website states. They also have a BBB logo on the website and I called the Better Business Bureau and they are not with them. The owner of Pure Planet Pools came out, I explained I was interested in getting an estimate for fixing the Polaris connector on the side of the pool wall and what would need to be done about the black algae spots on the bottom. I also wanted an estimate on my timer. He stated my monthly amount for chemicals and vacuuming would be $80.00 and he would get back with me for an estimate on my Polaris. I never saw or heard from him again, a tech came out two more times to service the pool and left a written estimate for the timer that was very difficult to read on a small postcard in the mailbox that we didn't find until two days later. Never knew it was there as it was mixed in other mail. We decided to stop our service with them and went with another company.

off. The nity grity is: Brad Foster said he could improve the problem with the water run-off coming into the lanai. Actually, it was worse. The last storm flooded the floor. Now, the incline is not his fault. His judgment about fixing it with French drains was. The sealant pooled and turned white on the pool rim. The job took alot longer than expected. But saying all that, the laying of the pavers was beautiful. The pool covering looks good.

They are very good. We have been very happy with their service. They always show up on time and the owner is knowledgeable. We rely on them for advice.

I use Priceless Pools for my monthly pool maintenance and recommend
them to all of my friends. Their prices are very affordable and they
are always at my house at the same time each week (I work from home, so I
notice). Greg, the owner, is very nice and happy to answer any of
your questions regarding your pool service (I was a newbie pool-owner
when Priceless Pools started maintaining our pool). They also send me a
weekly email when they stop by giving me a review of how the chemical
levels are and other helpful information. These guys are really
fantastic!

Had a check valve replaced in my spa per the recommendation of Greg, the owner. In late October it seemed like the water was sitting very low in my spa so I called Greg in late Oct and late Dec leaving messages both times. I did not receive a return call and was forced to use a different pool company and pay $125 to replace the check valve. Don't use this company; seem willing to drop everything to help when you'll pay but certainly don't warranty their work. Use this company at your own risk.
