Richard worked hard to get the job done on time. He had originally intended to bring guys with him for job but something came up and he ended up doing the job on his own. He was conscientious of the plants around the roof and around the pool patio area.

I feel like I have a whole new house. The roof looks like brand new as well as the rest of the house. My driveway looks immaculate as well. I am so pleased. I had used them a year or so earlier and was happy with the work. Once again I found them to be very professional and easy to work with. I left a message for the owner Richard and he returned my call within a day. I explained I wanted to get the work done within a week as I had family coming onto town and he agreed that he would be able to complete the work on time.

As it turned out a slot opened up in his schedule a few days earlier than anticipated and he sent me a text and we rescheduled for later that day. His technician arrived and got to work and once again I was very happy with the results.

I would highly recommend them and will definitely use again.

the property, he also explained the irrigation system to be sure I will have it on for three days aftermath.  The bushes were covered with tarps, all went very well.  The technician on the roof cleaned it two times plus one on the ground cleaning the sidings.  As I was told i watered the bushes for three days something not to forget if you want your plants surviving.  I highly recommend Presidential pressure, the roof is beautiful!  I almost forgot I also got a set of pictures, before and after the process.
