Installation was okay; however, the communication and customer service we experienced was anything but satisfactory. We had to initiate several calls to determine when the job would finally start. Calls were often not returned by the office. After completion of our job, I sent a letter with our final check to the company's owner complaining about the service. Thought I would hear from the office but it has been more than a month and we've heard nothing.

The quality of the paver work....from a standpoint of matching the pool yard's existing pavers, the way Premier angled the pavers to drain away from the building, and the overall outcome were excellent.
The owner was always polite but returned phone calls after the job was done extremely late.
It took 2-3 calls to get a return, which came weeks later.
The two mistakes they made were that they quoted giving us a PVC irragation channel under the pavers to lead water away from the building. They did not install that nor did they tell us that they did not install that. Furthermore, when confronted with that service that was quoted and not delievered, they said the cost of that feature was (from memory) about $35-$40, and that they'd knock that off the final bill. Seems like a way-understated cost for PVC pipes running along two L-shaped large condos that are around a condo swimming pool. We think they short-changed us on that front.
Later, we discovered that they built the pavers over several underground water sprinkiling nozzles on both sides.

If not for these two issues, and the lack of follow up, I'd have given them an A. At best, I give them now a C.
