Once I picked out the color pavers and style of pattern, she had her guys out within a week! The paving guys were friendly and so fast! BOY, they are hard workers!!! They got the project done in one day!! I am so grateful that I took a chance on Angie's List, and even MORE grateful that I didn't have to do the project, myself!!! I am SO happy with my final result!

Very well. Crews were maybe too efficient. The job took place over a few days. The crews were very friendly and clean. There were a few hiccups along the way and the owner was very hands on working with me to resolve the various issues. Overall I am very happy with the work and the customer service. Thanks to Misty for taking care of that last item for me.

Perfect in all respects. The estimating process was very convenient with Skip being incredibly knowledgable. Because of the size of our project (condo parking lot) he even brought the factory representative with him once. Very competitive bid. Outstanding workmanship. The team worked tirelessly removing the existing stamped concrete lab and installing the avers. The attention to detain and skills with a concrete saw are amazing. Finished earlier than estimated. Not even one puddle after strong rain. Nothing bad at all.

if you are considering using this company RUN don't walk away from them. the most unprofessional, sloppy, dirty workers in the business. left my house, pool enclosure screens  and property a complete mess.  they broke a gfs outlet on the back of my house and a $200 mosaic bench.  I had 4 of the Mexican workers sleeping on my front lawn for an hour and a half for lunch of which I have pictures. i have concrete all over the back of my house and 4 screens have concrete stuck to them that will not come off even with a pressure washer  i haven't even touched on management yet. no communication George who i believe is a part owner will return your calls at his convenience an the other owner lana, your only contact with her is when she shows up to collect the final payment. i had to babysit this awful crew much of the time instead of using some sort of pattern with the pavers they were putting 4 or 5 of the same size and color pavers in a row which is not the way to create some sort of pattern. its as if they just wanted to put them down as fast as possible and get out of there. when the pavers were done they brushed sand around the deck and into the cracks and left 50 lbs of extra sand around the pool deck and when i asked what they were going to do with it they told me to sweep it up when it dried. after calling George several times he finally sent them back to clean up and did they give me some attitude. 50 bullnose coping pavers that went around the pool and on the steps above to waterfall were so poorly cut and installed that they had to be cut and chiseled off and redone they looked like they were done by a couple of 10 year olds.george after being called numerous times finally sent these guys back with their crew leader everton  to remove the bullnose pavers and remorter them it was like watching the 3 stooges in person. finally they sent in a Brazilian guy named Josue and another guy Austin. these guys knew what they were doing and fixed everything as good as could be expected. i wish i had these guys in the beginning when i asked him why not he said that him and another brazilian guy whio are the only good ones in the company only get sent to the big expensive jobs while a small $6000 job get the screwup crews. so finally lana the owner shows up for the final payment deducts money for the broken gfs outlet and bench and i tell her that i don't have not one extra paver incase some crack she said ill have 6 of each of the 3 sizes in a week . well i think you can guess whats happened. a month later and dozens of phone calls to George and misty in the office and no return phone calls i guess ill have to go to tremron in Lakeland myself. if you  do use them you deserve what you get you've been warned. i have a beautiful house in meadow pointe and this was the last thing needed to be done what a nightmare. George told me it was a 2 day job it took 18 DAYS! if they respond and say im exaggerating  i have all the pictures to show you. look me up im in pasco county ill show them to you

Fantastic.  They showed up when they said they would, completed the job in a day, pointed out a couple tips to help us going forward and made everything look like new.  They did a remarkable job on my pool coping.

The pavers were all uneven.  Owner of the company was contacted but claimed his product wouldn't do what it obviously did.  Pavers still look bad.  The problem was never resolved.

The quote came back $1000 less than the three other provides we receive quotes from. We wanted the patio done before Christmas and they delivered within a few weeks of us finalizing the order. There was a bit of a mix up with the paver delivery and the installation schedule but luckily the right color and shape was delivered. They were responsive when I called or emailed. A couple pavers were cracked during installation. They came back right away to fix them.

The team that came to do the installation was awesome. They were professional and made recommendations that enhanced the look and functionality of my pool and it was all based on what I had already paid for. The cost was a little more than some of the others, but I felt they would do the best job and they definitely delivered! I am in the process of helping a friend get a quote from them now and I would definitely recommend them again.

Installation was okay; however, the communication and customer service we experienced was anything but satisfactory.  We had to initiate several calls to determine when the job would finally start.  Calls were often not returned by the office.  After completion of our job, I sent a letter with our final check to the company's owner complaining about the service.  Thought I would hear from the office but it has been more than a month and we've heard nothing.  

Fantastic work, quality and service.  From the very initial visit by Lana to walk through the plan, we learned what good service can be about.  We had ideas and Premier sent actual tiles to our house of multiple options for us to finalize our plans.  Once the work began, the team worked quickly and did their best to keep things clean (not easy when cutting cement for drain lines).  The job turned out fantastic and they even recommended a great guy to help clean and fill the pool.  I would definitely use Premier again.

Showed up late on day of concrete driveway removal and on day of paver installation.  With only those two hickups, they professional, they did a great job, they cleaned up the work area and the driveway does nothing but get compliments from everyone who sees it.

This is not a negative nor positive review. It is average.
The quality of the paver work....from a standpoint of matching the pool yard's existing pavers, the way Premier angled the pavers to drain away from the building, and the overall outcome were excellent.
The owner was always polite but returned phone calls after the job was done extremely late.
It took 2-3 calls to get a return, which came weeks later.
The two mistakes they made were that they quoted giving us a PVC irragation channel under the pavers to lead water away from the building. They did not install that nor did they tell us that they did not install that. Furthermore, when confronted with that service that was quoted and not delievered, they said the cost of that feature was (from memory) about $35-$40, and that they'd knock that off the final bill. Seems like a way-understated cost for PVC pipes running along two L-shaped large condos that are around a condo swimming pool. We think they short-changed us on that front.
Later, we discovered that they built the pavers over several underground water sprinkiling nozzles on both sides.
of the pool. We made a call to have them come out to fix them (this was discovered two months later) and didn't hear back from them. We paid our condo maintenance person to dis-engage these nozzles.
If not for these two issues, and the lack of follow up, I'd have given them an A. At best, I give them now a C.

It was okay.  The pavers were put down beautifully except for around the pool the grout leaked, you know, because it wasn't sealed properly and I never did really get it fixed.  They worked with Hawaiian Island Pool.  It was a while back that they came out.  I tried to get it fixed through Hawaiian Island pool but they weren't that much more help.

Great company to work with!  Great price, great quality, great customer service!  Skip was our contact.

Did very good work. Also, at owner's request replaced a number of pavers that displayed too much uncolored stone in the mix. Applied sand to level and fill between pavers. Subbed out sealing of work. Very pleased with construction, but not happy with the length of time before pavers need resealing to brighten the colors as they had faded. Sealing seems to fade and need reapplication within every two years. That may be the standard length of time, but owner is not pleased with that. Overall rating excludes issue re sealing.

Original paver work on large pool patio was very shoddy and the paver cuts were uneven and unprofessional.  They fixed all of this, cleaned and resealed all pavers.  In addition they replaced temporary steps up to the lanai with a more permanent professional look.  First go around on the steps was not as expected, Lana came out promptly, reviewed the work and sent someone out to fix it.  Would definitely recommend.

Guys were courteous and punctual.  Great work.  Would definitely recommend.

They called to say they were coming and were on time.  3 men arrived and got to work replacing 3 or four around the skimmer area and a couple of others.  I had a very hard time finding a paver company that would come out and replace a few pavers.  We are happy with how it looks.

EXCELLENT! Estimator (Skip) arrived as scheduled and was very professional.  By their presentation suspected they'd be the highest. Imagine the delight when they were considerably LESS than other bids. Installation around our very irregular pool was absolutely perfect.  To this day, we have not had a single problem!  Also, installers were polite, quiet music, left their shirts on!
