Very well. However, gap (this area is filled with sand) between last pavers and sliding glass doors larger than I thought it would be. Also, final grade of dirt to finished pavers is not included in the scope of their work. Was not aware this needed to be done until City of TI made us aware. My husband completed this task in order to pass final inspection.

Lana and premier did an awesome job throughout. Lana communicated with us very well they all phases and the installation job did an amazing job completing entire job in two days despite having to work around bad weather. I would definitely recommend them to anyone looking to have pavers installed and we are very pleased with our new outdoor living space!

I recommend this company to everyone I know. The pool deck looks amazing. Premier was a great company for us to chose. We had 3 estimates and they were on the top. Our salesman was great ! He helped us chose the color and pattern of our pavers that went with our house . what a beautiful makeover ! The installers worked quickly and were very polite . A great company to work with .

We were very pleased with the pool deck and our new fire pit with bench! Lana was spot on with the estimating. She handled the contracting, design all while listening to my ideas and supplying her own. The installation and finish crews were all professional. The project was completed as planned in a conscientious manner, Any and all representatives of Premier were were very courteous and the job site was well kept. They started the job and finished on time and within my budget. Even with the change orders. Thanks to Lana and her gang our children will be enjoying our new pool deck/ fire pit for years to come.

Very professional. Great work and quality. Mr. Mikus came out to the home to look at job and explained in detail the whole process from start to finish and called back with estimate at end of business day. Workers arrived on time and job was completed in given time frame. When his crew would leave for the day they made sure everything was left nice and clean. Very satisfied customer.

We had our Pool Remodeled By Premier Brick Pavers in May of this year... We chose Artistic Pavers Shellock Pavers for them to install. Premier Brick did such an AMAZING job on the installation my wife and I are beyond happy! The price was very reasonable, they were here when they said they would be and finished in a little under 3 days! Just a great experience all around! Our new pool and pavers look great. I would suggest Premier Brick and Artistic Shellock Pavers to anyone!

There were some initial problems with the delivery of the pavers that weren't the fault of Premier. Manufacturer said they could deliver early, and so we emptied the patio & then they couldn't deliver. So we had our garage filled with furniture for 3 weeks before the next shipment came. Then the wrong coping was sent, so another delay. The installation was very good; the workers were prompt, incredibly hard working and consistent. There was one small section where the pattern was messed up & I discovered much later that some cement stained the sidewalk out front. Those weren't huge problems, but no one ever bothered to follow up and see if we were satisfied. In general, that was my only problem with Premier; they seem to be understaffed. At the store location where we went to look at pavers & designs, there is one person working & she is juggling multiple calls, clients and vendors. The job was finished during a heavy rain & the sand looked very uneven to us as a result. It took 3 phone calls and 2 weeks before they would deliver the sand for us to put in ourselves. I gave up on them ever coming to do it, as promised. I got 3 estimates and chose them because they offered a couple of services that the other companies did not. They're OK, but my overall impression is that they're barely holding all the pieces together. For such a large expenditure, I generally expect some customer service and communication.

"Thank you for your feedback. Your job was review by Michael our superintendent upon completion. Regarding the sand, it's impossible for the sand to stay in the joints and be even unless it's sealed with a water-based sealer, to lock it in the joints. Nothing was loose or moving on your deck, therefore any excess sand would have simply washed away the next day with rain. We did extend a favor by delivering more sand to your house so you could fill in the joints as you desired before you sealed it yourself. Unfortunately, upon your visit to our showroom, it was a very busy day and we are sorry you did not get her undivided attention. Nonetheless, we apologize your installation did not go as smooth as expected. We do appreciate your business!"

My property was literally transformed! The crew was professional, hard-working and got the job done in an amazingly timely fashion. The sales rep was absolutely great! Took a little longer than anticipated and we were rained out before the start. A lot of hard work was done on a very large pool and deck area required about 1,100 Sq. Ft of pavers and 135 lineal ft of coping. They had to remove some palm plants from a planter that we were going to replace with pavers and they worked incredibly hard to get it done. Two men one whole morning. The only thing I would have liked improved is the amount of grout left on the coping. I'm going to try to remove as much as possible before sealing the pavers and grout. The near white grout makes the coping significantly lighter than the pavers but they all were the same color at the start. We wanted a single color for everything but now it looks like we chose a slightly lighter color for the coping. It doesn't look bad just not what we had intended. Other than that quibble we are very pleased with the job and especially pleased with Lana and her input. She corrected several misconceptions we had and came up with a much better layout than we would have gotten from anywhere else. I know this because we had several bids and visits in addition to hers and gave no where near the input Lana did. Hers was completely great and made a project and that's for sure.

Regarding the coping, it grout gets soaked into all the nooks and crannies of the cement product, since it not a tile, it hard to clean off so it always looks a bit different when we are done. Premier Pavers sent the wrong pavers to our house multiple times, and it was up to US to catch the problem and make them take the pavers back. Since the install, which was generally good, we have been waiting months for Premier Pavers to return to fix broken pavers. They ordered the replacements, which were wrong again, and have continually say they are coming to fix the pavers "next week". Trouble is that's the case EVERY week. They don't care about you after the original sale.

"Perhaps your builder told you it was our fault but the wrong pavers were delivered from the manufacturer, all 3 times. Therefore we could not make the repairs. I have the correspondence and paperwork I can provide or you. This is the first I heard that you thought it was our fault. In fact, I will have the sale representative from Flagstone pavers contact you to verify it was their mistake. You and your wife were a pleasure to deal with and unfortunately all my communication was with your builder whom my contract was with. I sincerely apologize you thought we made this mistake."
