Precision Overhead Garage Door

Motor was 9 years old and was replaced. They came out same day. The job was finished quickly, he took time to give instruction and set up my car to work the garage. Every thing was left clean. Love the quiet new motor.

Excellent response, excellent work, surprisingly high price

Very well; the technician, James, was here in about 2 hours from my initial call. He called while on his way which I appreciate. He examined the entire garage door and mechanism, which is about 30 years old and we also decided to replace the original door springs. I am very pleased with his work and with Precision's responsiveness.

Very well. Arrived early and gave various cost estimates for repair and upgrades.

John Pappas replaced both springs, lubricated the hinges and tracks, and tested the door several times to ensure that it was working properly. A little more expensive than other companies, but I purchased springs with a 7 year warranty and the work was completed on Saturday when most other companies are closed,

Joe Phillips was very professional and explained all work that needed to be done. Precision Garage was very responsive as well. Called for an appointment @ 9am and Joe showed up within the window they provided, about 2 hours later. Joe was very helpful and I would recommend Precision Garage again.

Luke and Kevin did a fantastic job, very professional.

Luke and Kevin showed up as promised for installation of a storm proof garage door. Very knowledgeable, very polite and considerate. They worked hard for most of the day not stopping for lunch. Cleaned up before they departed. Great job, wonderful service. No complaints from me.

Excellent! They were very responsive and were able to replace both garage door openers. The tech worked **** ** this all-day job, and by the time he finished we had two brand new and quiet garage door openers.

It was okay. They were fairly expensive. I wasn't really excited about the service. I don't think I would use them again. It just seemed like it was too expensive for fixing the garage door. He caught me at a vulnerable time. I had just gotten out of the hospital and I just wanted it fixed.

All work was done in a professional and courteous manner.

Bob did a fantastic job. He gave me options, explained everything in detail without rushing. He made sure I understood everything he was doing, and he completed the job with high professionalism and he was also very pleasant. Highly recommended!

Went well but technician indicated the gentleman who made the quote made some errors, which he corrected.

Chris, the technician, arrived on time & was very nice & professional. I shared with him that I thought I had done something to one of the sensors during my rush to store items in my garage in preparation for Hurricane Irma. He quickly noticed that I had twisted the sensor so that is was pointing down instead of across to the sensor on the other side. That took about 3 minutes & then he explained that it was going to cost me $150.00 even though it was a very simple and quick fix (guess this is their service charge) and asked if I wanted to clean and oil the garage door since this way he could give me a little more for my money. He went ahead & did that & was kind to give me an honest update on the state of my garage door & motor. I really appreciated Chris & the quick service, but was disappointed that it cost me so much money. I did not ask, but I wish they could have given me a discounted price since it was right after the hurricane & it was a less than 5 minute fix.


A rep from Precision Overhead Garage Door called me regarding my review on Angies List & after talking for a few minutes she said that they would reimburse me the service fee since no one had told me about it when I had called for service on 9/13. I thought this was wonderful of them & I really appreciated this. I would definitely recommend them. Just received the check today. They keep their word & this is something I look for in a company.

Might technician John Tsangarinos, was professional, intelligent, courteous, and very experienced. He advised me that he could do the regular maintenance but there was no guarantee that the spring wood hold and not loosened up in the near future, or break while trying to tighten the spring. He also advised me that my garage door was in good shape and really didn't need new rollers and was in good shape. He said that I could use the money I paid for the tuneup towards fixing the spring instead of paying for both, which would've been a waste of money. I obviously took his advice and replace the spring.

Showed up on schedule and completed with in 45 minutes. Great job, very nice and helpful with my questions.

Brittany at the office was very helpful and Jordan (who did the work) was very knowledgeable, hard working, fast and did not try to sell me anything I didn't need.

They were very responsive - came out quickly & remedied the problem. They also explained a few maintenance tricks sovthat o could prevent future emergencies.

Jose did great work. He was prompt, clean, courteous and very helpful. Same day service on a Saturday.
