VERY poor customer service by ONE employee. Ryan M, followed up and I found him rude, unprofessional, and condescending, especially to a returning customer. There are better places to take your computer and ask for advice.

Everything went well. My old computer was not worth fixing and I went with a new computer. Data transfer was complete and made my upgrade an easier path.

Initially I could see the external drive on my new computer but could not access the individual files. They changed the permission on all of my files so I could access them again. They were very professional and the price was reasonable. Would definitely go back again with any future issues.

I was extremely happy with Pinellas Computers. They kept me informed throughout the entire process. Not only were they able to retrieve my data, they were able to install a new hard drive. i had my computer back in a matter of a few days. I will definitely use their services again.

It went really well. They kept me informed about cost, parts, timeline throughout the process. In the middle of this all I had a death in the family and had to leave town, they did not bother me about the money or ask me to hurry back to pick up my laptop, they just patiently waited for me to get back and pay them. I've been using it now for about 2 weeks and haven't had any problems at all. When they were putting back the laptop they ran into some issues and had to reinstall all my software, they backed everything up and got it running 100%, they didn't charge an additional fee even though they probably didn't cause the issue but the crappy laptop was probably the cause. I will do business them with them again!

Simple virus issue that the tech. said would take "a day to a day and a half" if it wasn't too complicated. Dropped it off Monday morning, and it was made clear we needed this computer back by Thursday. I was emailed the next day at about five minutes before they closed was asked to call them. Of course I couldn't because they were closed. I called Wednesday morning and I was explained the services and the price, which I agreed to as it was a fair price. I again reiterated that I had to have this computer back by the end of Thursday. He said that should be OK as all they had to do was transfer the data onto the laptop. Was told it may be ready at the end of the day or Thursday morning first thing. I called at noon on Thurs...wasn't ready. Called at 3pm...wasn't ready...called at 530pm, and was told that it was still transferring "a lot of data and programs" and it would be ready Friday morning. I kinda flipped out. Went up there and got the computer as it was (not completed), and they offered for me to bring it back the next day to finish. Of course, Word wasn't finished transferring, so it didn't help me at all. This laptop has two programs on it. Word 2016 and Google Chrome...that's it. There's maybe 500 pictures on there. This is a simple kitchen-counter laptop that they alleged took over 9 hours to transfer data on. Not including all day Wednesday they had to work on it. It's obvious my computer was very low on their priority, and because of that my wife had to take my daughter to her office until 11pm Thursday night to complete her school project on the computer there. I'm not as upset about it not being done on time, as I am for them clearly lying to me. I have used Pinellas Computers in Seminole many times.  I run a small business and they have done a great job with all 5 of our office computers.  They give you a time and price and they live up to it, no hidden charges or fees.  Great communication.  They email me with updates so I know what is going on.  They have also repaired my Mac for less than $200 when Geek Squad wanted me to just buy a new computer because mine was too old to fix.  Highly recommend.

Good service. Discussed issues with me.  Explained problems and options.  Not pushy.  Very helpful.  Fast service.  Purchased two lap tops a few months apart and had repairs before that once.  Yes, I do recommend them.

I had originally brought my computer into the geeks at another company and was told that I needed a new hard drive. The geeks were going to charge me $200 for the hard drive and another $340 to install. I ordered my hard drive online for $108 and brought it to Pinellas Computer where they installed it for just $60. After they installed it they transferred all my information from the old hard drive. Pinellas Computers informed me that a new hard drive was not necessary because it was just a software issue but I had them install the hard drive anyway. They were extremely courteous and professional and they saved me a lot of money. I recommend that everybody bring their computer there and not anywhere else.

It was a simple issue with the battery and they advised me to try the same thing if it happens again, before bringing it in for repair.  I was relieved that it wasn't something major and that I picked it up the same day.

It went really well. Was very happy with a free diagnostic check and then they spent time on phone on 2 occaisons discussing options and I went into store once and got some great feedback as well. I ended up getting a new computer and they only charged me 30.00 to transfer my data. Very fair price for all the help and information I got.
