I am extremely frustrated and upset with this company. I have been using them for almost 5 years to perform termite control. I have tried on a number of occasions to contact them regarding my complaint and they will not resolve it to my satisfaction. I have had a manager out to look at it, he agreed with me, but he is not allowed to resolve the problem (even though he and I are in agreement.) I feel that the owners should step up to the plate and resolve the problem with overpayment.

THIS COMPANY INSTALLED MY TERMITE TRAPS AND CHECKS THEM REGULARLY, WITHOUT ANY REQUIREMENT FROM ME. I SELDOM KNOW THEY ARE HERE, BUT THEY ALWAYS LEAVE A REPORT AND EVEN DO EXTRA WORK TO KEEP TRAPS CLEAR.
