He did great work over there.  He had to devote a week or so to it, so he had to schedule it a little bit farther out.  I had a condo that I was going to be selling and it needed a lot of help, so he came over and gave me an estimate.  I told him I didn’t want to put very much money into it because I had already put a lot of money into it, but I do want to sell it for as much as I could sell it for.  So I told him what I thought and he told me what he thought.  For example, one of the things I wanted to do, he said oh no, you won’t get your money back out of that one, so we didn’t do it.  So, he was very helpful just in planning what to do.  What he didn’t want to do, because he said I wouldn’t get any money back, was replacing the cabinetry in the kitchen, so I didn’t do that.  The reason that I called him is that in the condo building where I live, we had a foreclosed unit that had not been taken care of.  It had been owned by a very elderly lady that died and it hadn’t been taken care of and our association either had to clean it up and rent it while the bank was in the foreclosure or something, so that’s how I got to know him.  He came over, he totally renovated that condo and the association rented it out while the bank owned it and we got some of our maintenance money back and I went down to look at it and I was just astounded with the little amount that the association had to put in it to make it look good, good enough to rent.  That was maybe four years ago.  We didn’t want to spend very much.  I just told you about the experience.  He came out, I told him that I didn’t want to spend very much money.  He told me what he thought it would take.  I told him what I thought I would like to do.  He gave me some advice about not doing that and about not doing that, but doing this, so I did what he suggested rather than what I had in mind and I think it probably took him two weeks to do it.  He did a great job and I sold it and I’m very happy.

He bought the threshold and he stained the threshold, so that was materials, not work, so probably $150.00 for work.  I’ve used him before.  I like him a lot.  He is the company.  He’s the one and only.  I can text him or call him or email him and he’s very responsive back.  He’s very busy because he’s good.  This last job that I had, he sort of worked into his already busy schedule.  He does a great job.  He’s a very nice man and a very, very good contractor.

I told him what kind of paint he needed and then he went and got it. I did not like one color so he went all the way back to get a good color. He's very neat and works with you on what needs to be done. He did the whole job by himself which is impressive. I would definitely use him again.

Pat has been extremely helpful after the condo had water damage from above , also he opened up ceiling to find
an ongoing issue. once the plumbers return to fix the leak from above Pat is to return and finish the repair

Pat, the owner of PB Trades, fixed almost every wall from damage done by a neglectful tenant who had vacated my condo early without any warning.
His work on the drywall was exceptional and his work on the door casings was a perfect match to existing molding.
He also helped lay several hundred square feet of tile and works quickly and pays attention to detail.
I would definitely hire him again as the need arises.
