We chose Paver Crafters because they claim to be the best at what they do, have great reviews on Angie's List, and we were impressed with our first impression during the estimate process. Mark is a master at his skill and helped us design our patio and also choose stone size and color at the shop. John and his install crew were amazing and they worked hard days to complete the project even with a few changes we made along the way. We are very pleased with the outcome.

Terrific, Mark got us a quote very quickly and the work was done in one day.

They just laid pavers, a little patio, and walkways, and did a really nice job with the pattern. It has held up really well. They had a big crew, and got the job done quickly, and cleaned up after themselves. The work took three days.

project went smoothly and efficiently; we worked with Mark S. (sales) who was very informative, friendly and professional; 6-man crew completed the project in 3 days - they were highly productive and worked well together; we were pleased with Mark's design assistance with paver types and detailing; we used a herringbone pattern with sailor or soldier courses (edging) in different areas; the concrete planter wasn't perfectly constructed (there were some gaps at seams where blocks met which we had to go over with hydraulic cement & DryLock to [hopefully] prevent serious leaking) but Mark advised on how we could deal with it 

The salesman, Mark, gave me some great ideas how to decorate my yard. The employees showed up and went right to work. I have never seen 3 men work so hard and fast. They were all so friendly and helpful. They gave me further great ideas and made me very comfortable that I knew they knew their job. And they wanted to make sure I was happy with everything they were doing. And the job turned out perfect...I am so pleased.

IT WENT GREAT!

I met Mark Sojka at his office and provided him with some plans that I had drafted for a new paved driveway, walkways and patio. He patiently walked me through the myriad of color and texture choices including differences between manufactures. He showed me his paver display area, which was extremely helpful in narrowing down my choice.

Mark met with me at my home a couple of days later and I walked him through my plans in more detail, pointing out areas that I felt might be problematic. Mark was very creative and quickly had answers for my areas of concern and made many suggestions that greatly improved my original drawings.

Mark provided me with a very competitive quote and was more than willing to answer the many follow-up questions that I had. Upon my request, he provided me with the locations of 4 Paver Crafter jobs that used either the same style and/or color of pavers. This was extremely helpful in confirming the selection of pavers for my home.

Mark was present for the beginning of the demolition work as well as beginning of the paver installation. In each instance, he reviewed the work that needed to be done with his subordinates. This was a very professional touch, which gave me great comfort knowing that the project would start out on the right foot with everyone on the same page.

Robinson ("Rob"), Mark's foreman, did an excellent job! He has 14 years of experience and it showed. He had many creative solutions such as using pavers for a short retaining wall that enabled my porch to be larger and more useful. He often provided me with carefully considered alternatives for areas that required an owner's "judgment call". He always said "Yes", without hesitation, when I requested things like a tighter radius for a curve in the driveway or a steeper slope in a walkway in order to maximize the useable patio area. Rob and his team worked tirelessly and left the jobsite clean and orderly at the end of each day.

I couldn't be more pleased with the final result which is confirmed each day by the asseverations of my neighbors.

Given Paver Crafters attention to detail and willingness to place the customer's satisfaction above all else, I am certain that in the unlikely event that a warranty claim is necessary, Mark will honor his commitment. My experience is that Mark and the Paver Crafters' team are highly skilled, very professional, easy to work with and very ethical.

I would highly recommend using Paver Crafters and would be more than willing for Mark to use my project as a referral source for any prospective customers.

They did a fantastic job. We have had many compliments on the new pavers. It has completely changed the curb appeal of our home. If you are looking for a great paver company ... Paver Crafters is the way to go!

I had a very good experience.  Mark came out on time to give me a bid, which included the option of building a wall along one edge of my paver patio; he didn't try to oversell me on the wall, and I ultimately decided not to do the wall.  Once I accepted the bid for the 1000 square foot rectangular patio (which was about the same as one other bid I received, and much lower than a third bid I received), the project was scheduled for a few weeks later.  The 3-man crew showed up early and removed the old dirt/landscaping and installed the new patio in one day.  They did a very nice job.

Mark came out and we talked about what I wanted.  He offered good ideas and we came to a good design.  The professionalism was top notch with Mark and the installation crew, which were puctual, fast, and kept a clean job site. Completing my front entryway in about 5 hours.  I love the work they did...All the neighbors also love the work and the new look PaverCrafters provided.  I am currently looking for them to do more around my home.

Mark Sojka was professional from the start. He responded to our initial call quickly and submitted a thorough quote. We went to the showroom and picked out the pavers with his assistance. He answered all our questions completely. We scheduled a start date, but he made the correct call to postpone one day for rain. Work started the next day and was completed in four days. His crew worked nonstop and left the property neat and trash free. I would recommend Pavercrafters very highly and am grateful that Angie's List helped me find this company.

Everything went well and I am just waiting on one small cracked tile to be scheduled for replacement.  I would definitely recommend Pavercrafters to my friends and family.

They did an excellent job. They took longer than they said they would but i knew that to begin with.

They did a fine job start to finish.  Mark was my contact.  He took care of everything.  He consulted with me on my new design.  He made adjustments when I changed my mind.  He was a pleasure to work with. When we ran up against a big tree root, he took the shovel in hand and handled it right on the spot.  The work was done very professionally by a large crew that knew exactly what they were doing so it was done in a timely manner.

We had some issues with the work because of the type of pavers we used but Pavercrafters Inc came back and fixed everything to our satisfaction. Pavercrafters Inc were very nice and their price was excellent.

The estimator responded promptly to my call. He evaluated and answered my questions offering possibilities and suggestions.All paperwork was complete and permits obtained. The excavator arrived on Friday and removed the old  material. By late afternoon a load of base material was left. On Saturday ,a group of 6 workers arrived. Work continued through the morning with spreading the base and compacting it.Pavers were laid ,the edges cut,,edge pavers were cemented and excess materials loaded for removel. Work was continuous and the crew was finish by early afternoon. I am very pleased with the end result and be glad to recomment them.

Doug Corey and PaverCrafters exceeded our expectations from start to finish. We started with a current survey and looked at the possibilities for expanding both the driveway and front walkway. PaverCrafters then created plans for us to review and provided an excellent selection of quality pavers to choose from. They were helpful with our choosing one that would complement our tile roof. Permits were pulled and delivery of the pavers was a few weeks out as they had to be made and shipped by freight. When the project got underway it only took a total of 3 days. The concrete driveway / walkway were machine excavated and debris hauled away. Any irrigation problems or relocation of heads was taken care of. Pavers were artistically placed and curving was beautifully done. They had to saw cut the front door threshold to remove existing tile to allow for thin pavers to be installed. The end product was perfect. PaverCrafters did several extra things before setting the pavers - they placed a conduit under the walkway for our low voltage lighting and attached a drain pipe to the gutter downspout with a pop up on the lawn so that the water wouldn't always pour onto the driveway and darken it. The pavers then had to cure for about 30-45 days. PaverCrafters returned after that time and power washed and applied 2 coats of sealant. The end result - amazing. I would highly recommend Doug Corey and PaverCrafters.
